It has just been completely renovated with modern building techniques that make it fresh and quiet. It is fully air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. The slightly elevated position allows you to have a great view of the sea even when the cabins of the beach resorts in front are set up.

Cozy apartment on the third floor of a palace in the historic center between the famous "gut" and the waterfront. There is a small elevator. The renovation (2021) has tried to recover the spirit of an old Ligurian house, the furniture is attention to detail by the careful restoration of vintage furniture, belonging to the family for a long time. The windows overlook a typical alley and rooftops, but access to the beach is really immediate, just turn the corner..
