Danny is a wonderful host. personable and very proactive. gave us great recommendations for local food.....and was spot on. Felt like we knew him for many years. Great all around person.

My sister and I LOVED our stay here! We needed flexibility when we checked in, and Erin was SO flexible and kind to help. We loved the place and couldn’t get over the views. The farm fresh eggs were a life saver when we ended up in Creststone later than expected. And to top it all off, our car needed a jump when we left, and she and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond. We cannot wait to visit again, and I cannot recommend this place enough for a getaway.

Nicely decorated apartment right in the center of town. On the ground floor however there are a few steps up to the door. The kitchen was very pretty and we appreciated having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a party of three. The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions before our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was extremely nice & the instructions left for check in/parking were very clear. It was easy to find on the first night even arriving in the dark. There were a lot of great places to snag a drink & eat within 2 minutes of a walk. Do NOT skip out on Raisin Rye for coffee and bread/pastries. ⭐️ Overall fantastic weekend in Del Norte with this quiet and clean oasis to come back to after a long day out.

What a beautiful place to stay. The house is a perfect set up with everything you could need. Nice porch to set on and enjoy the amazing view of the mountains. The host was very friendly and responsive, as well as taking the time to clean our car when it snowed. Host with big hearts. There is no dought that we will be back to visit again. No need to look any further this is the place to stay.

This is cozy very comfortable place. The house was very clean and well set up. It is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much.

we stayed with our friends and our dogs. Ros's home is great! Close to so many things (the ziggurat, the Dunes, the town, alien watch tower, and the gator ranch), and perfect for relaxing in the evening and catching the stars (and maybe something extra 😉). The kitchen was definitely stocked and made it easy for us to prepare food which was really nice for us. The upstairs balcony was lovely. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Ros!

We loved staying here. We stayed with our 1 and 2 year old and dog. Everyone had a great time. One of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Comfortable, clean, and updated. This is a very nice home in a gorgeous rural setting. Would not hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area.

Karen was so kind and proactive. She thought of everything and provided extra towels for the sand dunes. We had TVs that were all set up and easy to use, games and a beautiful view. Traveled with family for graduation at Adams State and the property was close by. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very welcoming. Highly recommend for any one passing through or staying for longer. We didn’t want to leave. The bedding and towels also smelled wonderful. It really felt like home.

Cute, clean little place! It was cozy and fit my needs for the time I was in Alamosa. I would book again for next time :)

What you see on the main photo, the home seemingly on the edge of the world surrounded by nature and mountains, is what you get in reality. Just a beautiful location that feels very secluded but you are about ten minutes away from the town and 25 minutes away from the dunes. Chris is awesome! He built the home and furniture himself and you can feel that he put his heart into the place. We barbecued out in the open nature, mediated in the covered space outside. At night, the sky looks like someone splashed a bucket of stars across it. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We drove an electric vehicle and were able to charge in town. It was definitely a great experience that our ten year olds and us appreciated very much.
