We had an amazing stay at Brianna’s place, my son accidentally put the hot tub in eco mode and she was on top of it in under 5 minutes with the instructions on how to correct it, she is super responsive and a joy to communicate with,the place was super clean and had everything to start you off with a great stay, if we ever head back to Melrose we will definitely book with her again.

Jarred was a wonderful host! He and his team promptly responded to our questions and were very helpful. The house was in a peaceful neighborhood and we truly enjoyed it. Being close to Devil Millhopper State Park was a nice perk.

Enjoyed my stay. Very nice property! First time staying in an Air B&B on this side of Gainesville. Very comfortable! Modern! Beautiful home. .. New Construction is going on next door so that was my only concern but other wise great experience. I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying here! The place was super clean , easy to find, and In a great area. Our favorite part was definitely the game area in the garage which we really enjoyed. Though they were only 4 of us out of the original 6 we planned, it could have perfectly accommodated all of us there is a lot of room!

This property was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and instantly made us feel at home. The house is cozy and comfortable and perfectly compliments the especially inviting porch and backyard space. Small, thoughtful details in the kitchen and bathroom were appreciated and the house was stocked with whatever you might need for your stay. It provided the perfect mixture of remote tranquility and nearby accessibility to restaurants, groceries and things to do. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a no-frills escape from the city while still keeping some creature comforts within arms reach.

This property is perfect! Close enough to the city for our needs and far enough in the country for peace and tranquility. Very clean, and comfortable. Marsha, is an amazing host and wonderful person. We would definitely rent this property again, in the future.

BEAUTIFUL cabin at the springs! My husband and I are always looking for new spots at the springs we are so glad we came here. We decided to come here for an early babymoon to relax at the springs away from busy summer at state parks. The Cabin so cozy and has all the comforts of home. There is also so many deer on the property they are always out around dusk or late afternoon it was so fun to see them! It is a very easy walk to the neighborhood private dock from the cabin and also quick walk when you get off the river back to the cabin (dock was recently redone). We estimated 10 mins walk from cabin to dock and then 10 mins walk from river exit to cabin. High Springs had great options for food and cutest coffee shop. We plan to go back sometime in the future. What a gorgeous, calm, peaceful, cozy spot out in the country. Paola and Ruben were kind and responded whenever I needed them. The property and apartment are even more delightful than expected. They have nearly everything you might have forgotten even! The views are breathtaking, the space is so clean and cozy! Do not hesitate to book at all but leave availability for me 😂 ! Beautiful location with easy access to the local springs and University of Florida

My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway and Cathy’s place was the perfect fit. Cathy and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The place was well equipped with just about anything you could need. Cathy was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and even had provided me with an update about when to expect the power to be restored when it had gone out. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing and just enjoying the water. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place on the water and we are hoping to go back again.

Perfect for our quick weekend getaway for a friend’s graduation, close to everything, super comfortable beds!

I really enjoyed my stay here and the location is great! Norma and Mike are super responsive and helpful. There were plenty of heaters to keep the house warm in the cold days and the place is stocked with many things to make a long stay comfortable. The location is close to many parks and there was so many things to do nearby. The bed was a bit softer than what is comfortable for me but I still slept well and had a great month!

Wonderful space in a great location, and the hosts are very helpful and responsive. I can’t wait to book again!

This is a nice condo in a very quiet and peaceful area. Several restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Other restaurants within a short drive. Grocery stores nearby as well. We attended UF graduation and although this condo was a few miles longer drive than something closer to campus, it is well worth it. Haile Village is a nice area in Gainesville. We highly recommend renting this condo.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Great condo and location. Best stay we’ve experienced in Haile Village. Small problem with air conditioning upon check-in; contacted Jessica and fixed immediately. Thanks so much for the stay-would rent again while visiting Gainesville.

Highly recommend. Clean and spacious. Quiet. Good shared pool area. Facilities very good. Great having a laundry and dryer. Park outside unit. Great communication from host. About a $12 uber ride to downtown. Shopping near by. Can walk to Texas Roadhouse. Nice touch of bars and water on arrival. Also shampoo etc and toothbrush if you forget. Extra touches are really appreciated. Don’t think twice book if staying in Gainesville.

We had a lovely week long stay here, the apartment was exactly like the photographs, perhaps even better. Giri was a very gracious host, friendly and communicative. Location was great, quiet and attractive, swimming pool was large, clean and quiet. We often had it all to ourselves. Thoughtful touches such as quality toiletries, plenty of supplies and a real electric kettle which this Brit was very happy to find in Florida! It was perfect for the three of us, oh, and the beds and sofa were *chefs kiss* so comfy and excellent quality. I would stay at this apartment again, no question. Thanks Giri!

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

This is the second time staying and it's like being home! Very comfortable and we love the area. Brenda is a great host!
