Great as always. We've stayed at Dave's place multiple times. I don't think we could stay anywhere else for our trip to Gainesville. He's the best.

5 Stars - Exceptional Host! I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs, but Lisa was by far the best host I’ve ever had. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, which was especially important during our stay. The place was perfect for our needs—very clean and well-maintained. What stood out most was how thoughtful and accommodating Lisa was. My wife was scheduled to be induced at the hospital nearby, but when our plans were unexpectedly delayed, Lisa went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a place to stay. She was so understanding and made everything stress-free for us. As a sweet gesture, she even got my little one a new toy and something special for our newborn daughter. That level of kindness was deeply appreciated. I highly recommend any Airbnb managed by Lisa. She made our experience memorable and stress-free, and I’ll definitely return if I ever need a place again.

Randy was an awesome host, and an exemplary example of true hospitality. After checkout, we unexpectedly needed to stay another night in the area. we assumed we wouldn’t be able to rebook with Randy after just checking out the same day but, after reaching out, he quickly replied and let us come right back for the night.  He was extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We accidentally left a few belongings behind which Randy promptly offered to ship out to us. Randy’s daughter was very kind and, had she not offered us a hand when looking for the light switch to the grill area, we never would’ve known she was there. The home is beautifully situated on a private and peaceful lot in the country, but close to local Springs and restaurants. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Randy’s home to anyone looking to stay in the area, and definitely plan to stay again in the future. Thank you!

Our second visit did not disappoint. Saw lots of deer, fish, a few small gators. Enjoyed the games at the house on a rainy day. Michelle and Jeff helped shuttle kayaks and our group up river and saved us money on renting a service. Everything at the house was comfortable and our family had a great time.

Can’t say enough about the peace you find at Blessed Acres. Whether you looking for an entertainment venue or just some simple R & R, you’ll find it here. The host truly goes the extra mile for her guests. I highly recommend a stay at Blessed Acres.

Wendy Lee was helpful before and during my entire stay. She checked in on me regularly and was responsive to anything I asked about or needed. The house was exactly as advertised and a perfect getaway for rest and relaxation. It was easy to find and get in and out of. I hope to return in the future.

I loved every moment of my stay at this peaceful oasis in nature. I had everything I needed to be able to cook and I really enjoyed the outdoor/indoor vibe of the greenhouse lounge area. It's an excellent location for access to many amazing springs. 10/10 would recommend.

John's place was perfect for my family! It was clean and in good condition. It had everything we needed! My kids loved the Easter decor and the pool was a hit! John was super kind and made sure we had everything we needed! I Recommend this place for any family passing through or making Gainesville their final destination.

Great location right beside the Haile Farmer’s market which was fun to explore on Saturday morning. Playground across the parking convenient if you have young kids! Good location within 5-15min of major grocery stores, Target, Trader Joes and many restaurants. Would recommend those looking for a quiet place to stay while visiting the area.

We enjoyed feeding the animals. We brought apples and carrots for them. The baby goats are adorable, and Highland cows and donkeys and ponies! We rented a slip for our bass boat at Sportsmans Cove nearby. The fishing was not very good maybe due to time of year, but we caught a few small bass. The hydrilla is thick throughout Orange Lake. The Airbnb had a comfortable bed. We requested an additional portable heater because the one heater wasn't enough for both rooms, and it was immediately provided. . The induction stove has only one burner, but there is also a crock pot and an air fryer and outdoor grill. As other reviews stated, the dogs do bark in the mornings at times, and roosters crow very early. We used ear plugs at night which helped us to sleep. Don't miss the huge old Live Oak in their front yard that's hundreds of years old!

Wonderful house and warm friendly owner. The neighborhood was beautiful and serene, a perfect place to walk our dog. All in all, a first class accomodation.

Needed somewhere to stay for the night while working in Gainesville. Saw this clean spacious town home. It was perfect for my son and I . The bedrooms are upstairs and not next to each other but acroos from each other , giving guests complete privacy. Highly recommend Yennis place to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful night sleep. 10 ⭐️.

For my first AirBnb it was everything it said it was going to be and more. A beautiful home. Clear and precise instructions. Communication was on point. It was near Walmart, many stores, gas stations, and very easy highway access....I definitely enjoyed my stay and want to thank My Host for making my first experience an enjoyable.

My husband, son, dog Max and I just had a wonderful 4 night stay at Happy House, located on the beautiful and peaceful Forever Spring horse ranch. The accommodations were as described and Bill and Claudia were wonderful hosts...friendly and available but not intrusive. The cottage was well stocked with essentials and we loved the snacks, coffee and the bottle of wine they provided. The screened-in front porch and the back deck were great places to sit, eat and enjoy looking at the horses and area wildlife. We hiked the trails on the property and visited the nearby state parks. Our dog had a great time as well. If you're looking for a quiet, rural setting to rest and refresh, this is the place. We definitely recommend it and hope to return.

We loved this property! It was perfect for what we needed. The neighbors were very friendly, we spoke with 3 different neighbors.

We needed a place to stay, last minute, and had struck out on several places that were supposed to be available, but were in fact unavailable (for three different reasons). After that, I messaged Wayne before attempting another reservation, and he replied almost immediately, so we made the reservation. Responses were fast, instructions clear, and self check in was easy. The home and property are clean and very well and properly maintained. The location is very convenient and safe. The yard is fenced with a gate and there was plenty of room to park my truck and boat. It met our needs and saved our spontaneous trip to spend time on the lake.

Absolutely amazing stay! The house is beautiful and stocked with everything you could think of. Bonus points for so many extra towels and linens. If you’re visiting Ginnie Springs you won’t find a better location. It’s close by and easy to get to and there are plenty of cute, local restaurants and shops near by. Communication with the host was spectacular! Super responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The housewas spotless and had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. And Kimberly was very responsive. Will definitely try staying here againwhen we are working in the area.
