Excellent experience great place to stay very clean and comfortable along with great location I’ll be back.

This was our second stay at Katie's Place. It's close to everything that we need, the atmosphere around the neighborhood was very homey. We were comfortable to walk our dogs. The house was very comfortable and met all of our needs, it was clean and Katie, Dean, and Cherry were always very responsive to any questions or requests. We would always stay here and we are looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our time . The house is cute and quaint. The location is great for UF parents .

We loved staying here! It was the perfect location to be close to downtown High Springs and is a straight shot to all of the springs (Poe, Gilchrist and Ginnie) we wanted to visit. Being right on the river was so relaxing, and we had so much fun playing ping pong, cornhole and darts with our teenagers. We built a fire with wood purchased right off the main road and made s'mores too. The house was very well-appointed and we appreciated having plenty of towels, kitchen items (including spices and other essentials we usually have to bring or buy). The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great, which I always appreciate. Will absolutely stay again!

The host behaved excellently in addition to her kindness she was extremely collaborative in a mishap that happened. The house and place are cozy and close to all the Springs we wanted to visit.

Great communication. Very clean and the "goodie" basket was a hit! Highly recommend this home. Lamiya is a wonderful host.

I enjoyed the location to visit my Gator! Sorry to say it rained and our plans for the glass kayak tour of the Springs was cancelled. But that just means I will be back for a rain check!! Great host and super comfy space.

We enjoyed our stay and loved waking up to a river front view! The house is updated and felt very airy and clean. We were close to all the local springs. The Farm Stand and the pink flamingo diner are both wonderful places to grab a bite to eat. We would recommend this stay to anyone!!!

The place was secluded and quiet. Not far from town but still private. It was clean and had lots of niceties. Appliances were in good workin order. Be aware that the house is really one place separated into two parts. Colleen and her dog live in the other half. You do get a fenced yard but if you’re concerned about dogs, you need to let her know before you go outside, especially if you have dogs that you’re turning loose. Overall, a good sty and I would go back there again.

This was my second stay at the Blu water retreat and I plan to book again for my next visit to the area. Cathy and Dale are wonderful people and hosts. Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was clean and very nice comfy bed. Great place for 2 people. Leslie and Steve were very nice and provided everything we needed. All in all a great stay!

This is my second time staying at Kellie’s place. As with the first time (scroll up for first review) everything was perfect!!!! Kellie is an amazing host! She is friendly, proactive and goes out of her way to make sure you feel at home! This place has the most comfortable, HUGE bed with very soft linen. I love having a tv in the bedroom so you can watch a movie in bed to wind down. The kitchen is well equipped and having a Keurig coffee maker and pods is so convenient. The entire place is IMMACULATE! The unit is very quiet and private. It’s also so close to many springs for summer months and a quick 20ish minutes to Lake City. Don’t hesitate booking this sweet spot when travels bring you to Branford!

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

Welcoming atmosphere and loved the outdoor areas of the house. I love to draw surrounded by nature and this place really satisfied that need! I loved the decor and layout and would absolutely stay here again when the opportunity arises!

This was a work stay for four of us for a week. The cabin and surroundings were exactly what we were hoping for. It provided such a nice, quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the family style decor, which just made us feel so welcome. If you love a good bathtub soak they have a wonderful, big cast iron, claw foot tub. Thanks Bina!

I stayed here for about a week. I had very pleasant days with easy access to the airport, the University of Florida, and downtown. Thank you very much.

My fiancé and I brought our dog out here for a getaway for a few days. I would recommend this bnb to anyone looking to connect with nature while have the luxuries of AC and electricity. We will definitely be returning! This tiny home was accurately as described and we felt very safe the entire time.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to whatever we needed. The outdoor bathtub and showers were very nice. Loved drinking the spring water. Was easy to check in and out of.

Had a great relaxing stay! Been to the area lots of times but this was new for us did a couple springs all within 20 mins of a drive. Loved the highway wildflowers and passing bulls and cows. Had a great night making a fire ate local at The Collective food trucks was awesome!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing hosts. Anything we needed they were quick to accommodate us. Felt safe and comfortable during the duration of our stay. Even helped us to river to float with the kids. My dog had the time of his life running around the open property. If your looking for a relaxing get away in the peace and quiet this is a must!

Chelsey’s place was exactly what we needed during a very last minute trip. From the peace, the animals, and the tiny home in general, it couldn’t have been better. Definitely can see us coming back here. Our 2 year old loved the animals, and our dogs enjoyed being away from the city life.
