Our family of 8 really loved the property. It is perfectly located, where you are close to restaurants but it is still very quiet and peaceful. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we spent most of our time outside on patio area. It was just perfect. We are already discussing dates to visit next year

We stayed here with my family and absolutely loved it, very clean and looks just like the photos. Local restaurants and beaches were very easy to get to, there is also walkable distance taxi stop near the home. Very responsive and lovely home owners, would definitely recommend this place.

I didn't want to leave a house that I rented for the first time. A peaceful neighborhood, a beautiful house, with everything you need . It will always be in the first place in my mind when I look for a house.

The location and amenities of the house were better than we expected. Evren Bey and his family were very hospitable and friendly people. We felt at home. We stayed with 12 people consisting of children, young, middle-aged and elderly people and there was no one between us who were not satisfied. There was a bed for everyone. Great location and amenities, especially for large groups. If you want to relax, you can relax, and if you want to have fun, you can have fun. The fact that the green space is very spacious is a great advantage both in terms of peace and isolation. I can say that I can choose it again with peace of mind. I send my gratitude and greetings to Mr. Evren and his family on behalf of my whole family.

When we arrived at the house, Ms. Ünzile described everything easily and we had no difficulty at all. The sheets were spotless. The location of the villa is very good, by the way, it is very close to the Ilica beach and Alaçatı and a peaceful place. Since we care about privacy, the family met our need. We were 10 friend and we really had an amazing time from beginning to end. Perfectly located in between the beautiful villages of Alaçatı and picturesque Çeşme. The villa we stayed in was out of this world and a definite must go, very friendly and flexible host who provided us with plenty of information, we will return.

Amazing host- very polite!

The host was absolutely very attentive and understanding, always helpful with all my questions. It is stated that there is no hot water among the amenities, but there was hot water in the house🥰. It has a lovely garden, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments in the summer. It was a delightful experience for us🥰.

The home was very beautiful! Near the beach and about 20 minutes from all the activities we wanted to do. Esma was very sweet and helpful with check in and finding transportation! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We were with our three kids and it was a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor location is very nice and well maintained. Thanks to Mr. Erdogan who maintains the garden as a neighbor:) In the house we had a lot of space and it was all as described. Everything so clean except the drain in the bathroom. Here the cleaners should have cleaned better. We can recommend the villa in a clear conscience. Mr. Ramazan Tekin is a very nice host and was always available. Thank you

I was looking for a place for the weekend with my family. It was the perfect place for all of us, comfortable, cozy and homelike. Caglar was attentive from the beginning of the reservation, gave clear instructions, facilitated everything we had needed. The neighbors were really friendly. The beach close to the house eas was really clean, suitable for children. Hope to stay there again. Highly recommended.

I don't know how to thank Mr. Erol, the house is clean with more, there is no shortage, the house is definitely more beautiful than the pictures, we survived a small accident outside the house, thanks to us, the only problem is that we did not have a car and the house was in the area of Şifne, we had some problems getting there, it should definitely be by car, thank you very much for everything, we had a very pleasant week.
