Downtown and with a short road to ski resorts, cross-country skiing, mountain hikes, fixing water and great bike trails in the area. Beautiful in summer and winter!

Wild, beautiful and steep! Cabin with a fantastic view. Great natural surroundings with great hiking opportunities. Høgestølen is about 25 min from Hemsedal City Centre (Alpine Center), 15 min to grocery store, and about 5 min. to a network of cross country skiing trails. The cabin is heated with electricity and wood, heating cables in the bathroom and combined washer/dryer The cabin is steep! Car road to the door, possible to park right outside. Here you can experience total silence. In the summer there will be cows and sheep in the area.

Hallingskarvet is seen to the North. Here the sun is from early morning to late evening. The cabin has Rallarvegen and magical Hardangervidda as the closest neighbor. There is a short distance to Geilo and Ustaoset in the east, and Hardanger in the west. The cabin has nature right outside the door, and you can use the countless trails and tracks in the area

THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the large family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing lake, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Stylish and cozy funky cabin built in 2019. The cabin is located right by Hallingdalselva, only 2 km from Ål city center. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km away and Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski resort is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. In the surrounding mountains you can pick and choose from fantastic ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer! The activity opportunities are just as good in winter as in summer!

Here you have a peaceful place in the mountains, right in the middle of Hemsedal's hiking paradise. The cabin has good facilities and is 70m2. The cabin is located by Kongevegen and is suitable as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips. Many fishing opportunities nearby. Good base for car trips to Hallingdal, Valdres, and Sogn. Cabin at 800 m.a.s.l. in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.
