Cozy newly renovated cabin centrally located in Ål with living room, kitchen with dining room, bedroom, great bathroom with new shower cabin and toilet and loft with two beds. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and nice tableware, two hotplates and a new refrigerator. Outside there is a cozy space in the sun wall and you have access to a fire pit. Plenty of parking space. A hammock that you can hang up between the trees outside the cabin - for a relaxing afternoon nap, or a night under the open sky. Possible to rent bed linen.

THE CABIN - is a newly built cabin (2024), located in a small cabin area on Oppheimsåsen with quiet surroundings. This is a cabin that is excellent for the large family, or several families. The cabin has a high and modern standard. There are ski slopes right outside, bike path, fishing lake, as well as several mountain hikes nearby. Ål city center - 28 min (high and low park, sauna and ice bathing) Local store at Topo - 19 min Ål Ski Center - 30 min Tropicana water park Gol - 33 min Geilo - 51 min Hemsedal - 60 min

Stylish and cozy funky cabin built in 2019. The cabin is located right by Hallingdalselva, only 2 km from Ål city center. High and low climbing park is only 300m away, and about 500m away is Strandafjorden swimming area! Ål ski center is 8 km away and Geilo only 23 km. Hemsedal ski resort is 56 km from the cabin. Hardangervidda about 35 km. In the surrounding mountains you can pick and choose from fantastic ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer! The activity opportunities are just as good in winter as in summer!

Unique and comfortable accommodation with a pleasant view

Our newly built "sleeping box" is designed and built by the award-winning architects in OPAFORM, Espen Folgerø and Marina Bauer, and is located on the 2nd floor in a timber grain barn from 1850 with an airy view of Strandavatnet. The box has a 1.80 double bed, but an extra mattress or crib can be added if needed. In the barn located in the building next door there is a built-in kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We offer a large double bed (king size). In addition, we can add an extra bed and/or crib if needed.

Cabin in the mountains in Hallingdal

Newly built cabin on Torpoåsen in Hallingdal is rented out when we are not using it ourselves. Located in the middle of the mountains on Ål and in Hemsedal. Driveable road all the way up to the cabin from June to November. In winter you have to ski 1 km in flat, prepared terrain, or rent a snowmobile to the cabin (we arrange transportation). Top modern cabin with panoramic views of the mountains in Hallingdal. Hiking opportunities all year round; on foot, by bike, on skis or snowshoes. Welcome!

Great cabin centrally located in Hallingdal

Our cabin was renovated and extended in the fall of 2022, and we can warmly welcome you and your travel companions! The cabin contains three bedrooms with double beds in addition to a loft/living room with a double sofa bed. Large bathroom with washing machine/dryer and well equipped kitchen. In the attic living room there is a TV that is connected to broadband, so you can stream what you want to see. Large porch with outdoor furniture and fire pit. Possibility to charge an electric car.

Cabin Leveldåsen, Ål, Hallingdal

Newly built modern cabin with a fantastic view of Hallingskarvet. Cross country tracks and alpine trails practically just behind the cabin offering panoramic view of the mountain peaks a few kilometers away. If you fancy downhill skiing, within ten to sixty minutes drive you have access to Ål skicenter, Skarslia ski center, Geilo ski center, Hemsedal ski center, Skagahøgdi skicenter (Gol) and Hallingskarvet ski center. Cabin is rented out WITHOUT bedlinen and towels.

Cabin at 800 m.a.s.l. in the mountain village of Vats, Ål municipality. Great views over the village and mountains. Hiking and fishing terrain easily accessible; a large network of ski slopes, cycling and hiking trails. It is almost 6 km up to the high mountain in Skarvheimen where you can see Reineskarvet and Hallingskarvet. The cabin is located by itself and there is a road all the way up. If you enjoy quiet and scenic surroundings, it is worth taking the trip here.

Welcome to Ål in Hallingdal and our cabin Annebu. The cabin is located in unspoiled and beautiful surroundings with a stunning view. Located at 930 meters above sea level, the ski conditions are guaranteed in winter, but there are also plenty of activities and swimming opportunities in summer. Well suited for families with children of all ages. Winter road up to the cabin, and ski in ski out (cross-country skiing).

Central, quiet, fast WiFi – vacation and work

Welcome to a simple, peaceful and convenient accommodation in a perfect location – only 1 km from Ål city center with train station, shops, electric car chargers and eateries. Ski slope is only 150 meters from the apartment, and right outside the door awaits great hiking areas with access to over 2000 km of cross-country trails. Ål Ski Center is 10 min away, Geilo 25 min and Hemsedal 50 min.
