The house is located in the center of Landeronde with free parking 10 m away and shops within walking distance. We are 20 minutes from the first beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and 10 minutes from La Roche-sur-Yon, 50 minutes from Puy du Fou. A rare pearl in the heart of Vendée.

Private entrance, in house located on the heights of Apremont in Vendée with views of its 16th century Château. 5 min walk to the village (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy etc.) and the lake with its beach, games for children, hiking..... Coming from the village, take the D 107, first house on the right with a palm tree and a fir tree on the lawn. If you see the end of the village sign, you've gone too far!

Atypical, unusual, nestled in trees, it is a mini wooden house on wheels, respectful of the environment and designed with healthy and ecological materials. It is located in the heart of the world of Ania under the benevolent gaze of horses.

Renovated barn in rural areas and close to the coast. Large enclosed garden and swimming thanks to its unheated pool open from mid-May to mid-October. Pool available to tenants and owners (By flexible time slots) Equipped with all comforts. Linens, sheets, end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.
