Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. Unser Apartment ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Unter anderem bietet es eine Emma-Matratze, Wohnraumlüftung und einen separaten Eingang! Es befindet sich ganz in der Nähe von Salzburg. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und mit dem Bus (30min)/Auto (20min) ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich der Grünauerhof und das Hotel Königgut! Beide sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Zwei Spielplätze sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!

Wir haben eine tolle Wohnung, die 6 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung stellt (bei Bedarf könnte man auch das Sofa für weitere Schlafplätze nutzen). Der tolle Blick vom Balkon auf die Bergkulisse der Alpen zeigt euch, in was für einer schönen Gegend ihr euch befindet. Außerdem ist die Nähe zu Salzburg ein absolutes Highlight: in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto bei der Grenze und in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
