Apartment vacation rentals in Ainring

Hard to have a better situated apartment than this in Salzburg if you intend to experience the old town. The cathedral, churches, great food, better pastries are all right down stairs from the unit! Felix was very responsive, helpful, and flexible. The free cold beer in the fridge on check-in with custom labels was a welcoming touch and was a nice way to cool off and refresh after a long hot travel day. He allowed us to store our luggage down stairs after checkout for a short time so we could attend a mass that got out later than the check out time, so extra points for hospitality! I asked lots of questions about downtown, food, music, etc and he was always full of helpful suggestions from a locals point of view. If I ever return to Salzburg, ok coming straight back here!

Lena was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and flexible. The apartment was very clean and chic, and the surroundings were very quiet. From the train station, you can get to Salzburg in a few minutes. There is probably a construction site or something because you could not use the bus stop near the apartment, so better bring a bike or car otherwise it is a distance to walk especially in the evening from the train station (about 30 minutes). All in all, the apartment is great and highly recommended!

We stayed with Heidi a week ago and had a great stay. The apartment is quietly located, super and stylishly furnished, clean and has everything you need with children. The surroundings are fantastic. The children especially liked the in-house chickens and rabbits. :) Heidi is wonderful in communication and a great host. On the next way to Italy, we will be happy to stop at Heidi's again. I would highly recommend this listing. The accommodation is good quality, very clean, and very well organized. There are the essentials for cooking, nothing is missing (cutlery, saucepan, dishwasher product...). The place is quiet, and the bedding is good quality. wardrobe and hangers available. I also recommend the Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is also good quality without being expensive. Accommodation accessible with buses 180 and 260 which have a stop right next door. Finally, communication with Vanessa was of good quality (pro-active). In the end, it's managed in a very professional manner. PS: even if the place is quiet, I recommend taking hearing protection because the fridge makes a little noise at night.

Stefan is very warm and friendly and is an excellent host. The house is cozy, comfortable, and clean, the furniture is very beautiful and modern, well-equipped, and there is a mountain view to enjoy. It is an impeccable house accommodation. Our family had a very pleasant stay and spent a pleasant 3-day holiday. Everything went very smoothly and beautifully😊. Strongly 100% recommend his home to those who want to visit this area.

The stay with Thomas and Thomas was beyond amazing. They were both extremely welcoming and always responsive to any question we have. They truly make the place2be feel like home and we were happy to call it that for the past few days. The location is in a small quiet town with a great supermarket down the street. There are many lakes and hikes just a short distance from their home which made this stay even better. Thank you to the both of you for providing us a great home that we were able to relax and enjoy our time spent there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and if you have any questions just reach out to either of them and they will provide you with all the help or questions you may have!

Lovely accommodation, we were very happy, everything was perfect.

Lisa and Chris’ home exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and well-equipped, very cosy and convenient location (5 minute walk from Anthering station). The view from the apartment is spectacular! Lisa and Chris were proactive and responsive when we ran into issues (rarely any issues!). We absolutely adore Salzburg now and will definitely be coming back sometime in the future. Thank you Lisa and Chris for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely few days at Kristin and Franz’s place. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. As clearly outlined in the description, the cooking facilities are reminiscent of camping, but were fine for our needs, and there are supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The house feels like a home, with books, games and DVDs - including, of course, The Sound of Music! The location is lovely, an easy half-hour walk into Salzburg centre along the river or accessible by public transport. The Salzburg Guest Mobility Pass was also great as it means that public transport in the area is free of charge. Staying in a neighbourhood with traditional housing styles, lovely green spaces and quiet roads also made a pleasant change from staying in the city centre. Franz was a great host, meeting us on arrival, and keeping in touch throughout our stay, updating us with helpful information. Salzburg itself is a wonderful place to visit!

My son and I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is clean, very nicely appointed and in brand new condition. It's an easy walk from the train station and to the town center. We appreciated getting away from the hustle and bustle of Salzburg in the evening to this special place. I wish we could have spent more time exploring this quaint town! The host was very easy to communicate with, prompt, and provided great local suggestions. The backyard is a great place to relax too! Highly recommend Premium Apartments. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing host I would recommend 100 percent

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). We will be happy to come back.❤️🐶🐓🌷⛰️☀️

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We spent the weekend there with 3 couples and 3 children. We enjoyed it wonderfully. Especially for the children, the spacious outdoor area with the rabbits and chickens was great. Absolutely quiet and relaxing location. Communication with the host was absolutely great! On the first evening at 10 pm, we noticed that we needed an additional duvet, which was brought to us within 10 minutes. And later check-out was also possible without any problems, so we had a totally relaxed departure day. We highly recommend it.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and packed with thoughtful amenities — including a hot tub our kids absolutely loved. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, but what truly made the stay special was the host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even surprising us with a lovely breakfast and treats for the whole family. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly stands out- Highly, highly recommend!
