Sommers bietet die Wohnung einen kühlen Rückzugsort, jedoch im Winter ein mollig warmes Plätzchen vor dem Schwedenofen der mit Holz befeuert werden kann. Die Ausstattung ist neu und sehr modern und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Der Balkon ist nach Osten ausgerichtet und lädt zum gemeinsamen Frühstück ein. Our Apartment Schwalbenburg is a 5-room flat (over 150 sqm) on the first floor of our listed half-timbered house (1584) in Steinenberg, near Schorndorf. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Due to the preservation order, there are no outside shutters. The rooms are darkened with curtains or roller blinds. Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve 100% darkening. Underfloor heating is installed in the entire flat.
