Towels and linen are provided. View onto a garden with beautiful trees. Roof terrace with swimming pool and panoramic view of Munich. A supermarket is in the house, open 7.00 - 20.00 Monday til Saturday. Many shopping facilities, restaurants and coffeeshops within walking distance (Leopoldstraße). Best connection to the city by public transport: 3 walking minutes to the subway station Dietlindenstrasse (line U 3), 5 walking minutes to station Münchner Freiheit (lines U3 and U6). From here it takes only 8 respective 6 minutes to Marienplatz (center) and 13 minutes to the Theresienwiese (= Oktoberfest which take place in 2024 from Saturday, 21st of September until Sunday 6th of October). Furthermore a lot of busses start near the apartment. Only 5 walking minutes to the "English garden". I wish you a great stay!

It's perfectly located in Munich (Laim). The next Subway Station (U5 Laimer Platz) is 100m away from the house : -8 min to the Main Station -10 min to the City-Center -30 min to Messe München/Munich (ICM) -5 min to the Oktoberfest (12 min by bike) A lot of restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets in walking distance.

VILLA VOGELHAUS Stylish, bright apartment in Gilching in the beautiful 5-Lakes region, quietly located in our building with the option to share the garden. The modernly furnished rooms, featuring warm wood tones, create a pleasant, feel-good atmosphere. Large windows provide plenty of daylight. In the garden, a hot tub and an ice tub (by arrangement) are available for shared use. Ideal for couples, solo travelers or a relaxing break near Munich and the surrounding lakes.

The compact house (built 1906) has been lovingly and lavishly renovated according to ecological guidelines. It combines a historical ambience with modern comfort and is situated right next to a large garden with fruit trees and a natural swimming pond (10x3 meters). The pool is shared with the holiday property next door. Additionally, the cottage has it's own private small garden with a spacious terrace available for al-fresco dining, sunbathing or just unwinding.

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. Shopping is within walking distance. The adventure pool "Titania" with its large sauna area is minutes away, as is the center of Augsburg. LEGOLAND can also be easily reached in 25 minutes.
