The two large bedrooms and the additional sleeping in the living room with a total of 8 beds are bright and friendly and all have satellite TV. In front of each room, you start a private furnished terrace you to spend pleasant hours there and let the beautifully landscaped garden with view to a pond and creek on you.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
