Large Frieda30: The semi-detached house in the Bobingen district of Straßberg has lots of charm and atmosphere. Not everything is perfect ,but it's really cozy! We have from scratch renovated with a lot of comfort and to feel comfortable. The biggest plus is the proximity to Augsburg, Munich and the Allgäu or Günzburg (Legoland) You can use the huge garden to relax! Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
