Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ahwahnee

We had a wonderful stay here! It's a beautiful house in a lovely area. We used it as a home base for visiting the southern part of Yosemite (e.g., Wawona) -- ideal location for that.

Absolutely loved staying here. Victoria was an amazing host. The cabin itself was so cute and had such a warm feeling. Super clean and nicely redone. Had a lot of cool features such as a hot tub, rain shower, ping pong table, cozy blankets, and a nice washer/dryer. At night you can see so many stars too!

It's a dream house! Very quiet, in the middle of the forest, ideally located for visiting Yosemite. The house is very well equipped, very clean, the beds very comfortable. The owners left us lots of nice touches! We had a wonderful stay! We immediately felt at home! Children and adults alike, we all loved it!

I spent the weekend at Bill and Denise’s Air bnb with my girlfriend and her son. Bill and Denise stopped by after we arrived to let us know how to work the wood stove in the living room, as well as offer up some fun places to visit during our stay. They provided us with food to feed the deer and let us know ideal time to put it out for the deer. They had some snacks and drinks provided for us upon arrival. There is a ping pong table, air hockey and a pool table, perfect for a fun night in or some entertainment for the kids when you get ready in the morning. They have an excellent DVD and VHS collection for you to watch, there is no WiFi at the property, but cell service works perfect and there is plenty of fun things to keep yourself and other guest entertained. We had a great time and can’t wait to book our next stay.

Sandy met us at the door and was extremely cordial. She gave us a tour of the place and recommended places for my father and me. She was responsive and the place was very spacious and accommodating. Great places if you’re visiting Yosemite

This trip was a gift to my mother for her birthday. The house was large enough for 3 generations and we greatly appreciated the split floor plan. My adult children tend to be a bit playful when they are under one roof but we were able to contain them to their side of the house:-). The house was SUPER CLEAN and very organized and user friendly. The surroundings were stunning and so quiet. Never seen so many deer, so close, EVER! My son went to take out the trash one morning and was met with 5 right in the front yard. We were less than 30 minutes from Yosemite, beautiful drive. We enjoyed Reimer's and the Sugar Pine Railroad. I would definitely rent again.

It was a great place to stay for our vacation trip to Yosemite. The house is nice and cozy, clean when we got there. Great area too, right next to a Starbucks and other local restaurants. The only problem we had was with the hot tub not warming up to the right temperature but got an immediate response back from the owners and fixed the problem quick. Would recommend to other guest

The cabin was absolutely wonderful, it met (and exceeded) all of our expectations and needs for this brief but special trip to Yosemite with our family visiting from England. Steve was very responsive and helpful from start to end, and has done an exceptional job in creating and maintaining a comfortable, clean, spacious and cozy space to experience the majestic beauty of Yosemite! Will definitely go back and stay there again!!

Carl and Jennifer’s cabin was beyond delightful. My husband and frenchie enjoyed our stay. 20mins from Yosemite entrance. 10-15 min away from Bass Lake, such a beautiful sunset scene. We will be coming back 💚⛰️🥾

Wonderful value for the price. Carl and Jennifer’s RV unit was exactly as described in the listing, and was clean. It was cozy and the directions & check in instructions were quite helpful. That it was a pet friendly unit worked out really well for us. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had almost instant hot water. The location was quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located by drive to nice restaurants nearby. If you are a star gazer, you can ask them to turn off the yard lights and enjoy the celestial show at night 😊 Nice for a couple or a couple plus a dog.

Easily the best Airbnb experience by far. Great location with access to the park, and stunning views right from the unit. Alexey and Nila are super responsive and patient with all of my questions. The unit has all the amenities and feels right at home, cozy and comfortable, especially after a long day of hike. Also it’s very quiet, perfect for relax, unwind and a good rest before another hike or trip.

Hanna’s place was truly exceptional! The cleanliness and comfort of the beds made our stay incredibly enjoyable. The location was ideal, allowing my son and I to have a fantastic time exploring the area and visiting Yosemite. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

we loved staying here, Shannon was a great host. the apartment is so well laid out and had everything we needed to cook and also nice touches like an ice dispenser which was really helpful. I liked the little balcony which I could watch the beautiful sunset from with a glass of wine! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the high street, we had a really nice charcuterie box, the BBQ place around the corner did amazing ribs, there is a taphouse there too, and there was good coffee round the corner too. we stayed with our toddler and it was just what we were looking for after a week in Yosemite and Sequoia, very chill and easy.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood about 25 -30 mins away from the tunnel view in Yosemite. The home is cozy and well equipped with everything one would need for a short stay of a few days. Our kids loved the trundle bed setup. Tom is very responsive to questions and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. His tips to us during our stay were valuable. The snow was clearing when we stayed and access to the house was no problem. I would definitely consider snow chains and careful driving if visiting when it is actively snowing. The location is perfect if one is planning on visiting both the Yosemite valley as well as Mariposa grove near the south entrance since both are about 30 mins away in opposite directions. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

We absolutely loved our stay! The owners were responsive and wonderfully communicative. The house is beautifully maintained and everything we expected and way more. The AC was on for us, making unpacking much more pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, and the bedding so soft. The living room was perfect for lounging with our group. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the BBQ was pristine. Couldn’t imagine a better place to spend a weekend with your nearest and dearest.

An incredible stay surrounded by nature! The place was peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable getaway. Waking up to breathtaking views and fresh air was a dream. The hosts were thoughtful and made sure everything was just right. Whether relaxing or exploring the outdoors, this place is a perfect escape. Highly recommend!

Amazing house with incredible views and amenities. Anne was very responsive with any questions we had, and they added a sauna between booking and our stay which was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfortable and lots of room and bathrooms for a group of 5 adults. Would recommend staying here!

Thank you Hari for hosting our Youth Group! Hari is extremely responsive host. Hari replied to me even at odd times when I had questions about the weather, driving conditions, and inquiries for recommendations. In addition, Hari was very accommodating for our large group regarding the checkin/ check out timing and requirements. The home is very nice, neat, and clean. Hari furnished the home with an abundance of games (dedicated recreation area) to entertain everyone of all ages; from billiards to console game stations, to board games. We were quite a large group of 16+ but even so, the home was plenty of room for us. Plenty of room to run around (big front yard and scenic backyard) and lounge around in the 2 storied/ leveled housing space. Without a doubt, our group would stay at this home again or any other homes host by Hari!

We loved staying at Maja’s place! It is very thoughtfully designed to enhance the natural surroundings. Waking up to the beautiful woods and spending the mornings having coffee on the deck while watching deer wander by was a surreal experience. The hosts were warm and responsive. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The backyard was incredibly clean, private, and perfect for relaxing—definitely one of our favorite parts of the property. The dog park was amazing and our little pup enjoyed a lot! The amenities were thoughtfully provided and covered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience seamless. We especially loved spending evenings by the fire pit—it added such a cozy touch to our trip. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

I am very happy to have stayed in this beautiful, comfortable, clean house for 3 days with my family and friends. The environment is indescribable. I really liked that it had all the necessary kitchen products and a game room where you can have fun.☺️
