It's a lovely little cottage. Hosts are very kind. They gave us something from their vegetable garden. There is no hot water in the listing, that's not true, there is enough hot water for everyone as there were five of us.

Very nice room with a good size. It overlooked the road but it was very quiet. Breakfast is great and complete. We were hosted very well.

Friendly hosts, Good hearty breakfast, Room normal or somewhat rustic but comfortable, clean and tidy, High-quality and new bathroom. Depending on the location of the rooms, nice views. For us, highly recommended as a weekend trip. I'd love to come back.

We had a great stay at Lucio’s place. Everything was very clean and it’s very well located. Higly recommend it to everyone!

What can I say.... relaxation, tranquility, peace, and a warm welcome make this place the perfect place to unwind from the daily chaos. Beautiful location on top of the valley with fantastic views, new and clean rooms with large shower and warm wood that envelops you. Breakfast with fresh and quality products (most of them products such as jams, malga butter, and great homemade cakes). Super availability of Debora for every request and her beautiful parents with whom to chat every morning about mountain life and have valuable advice. Everything is great. I can't wait to come back!!

Kristin's B&B is an amazing place to stay. Kristin is the best host ever. The bedroom was wonderful, with a nice balcony and clean! The breakfast was excellent and extensive. Highly recommended!

Been there over Easter, very quiet and relaxed location, with great mountain panorama. Gave very tasty food every morning. Spaces were very clean and well decorated. Half/45 minutes from riva del Garda and easy to reach by car. Parking space for one car available on the property.

This has been the most rewarding experience for me. We felt right at home and Christian’s hospitality and friendly spirit made our stay memorable. Christian prepared lovely breakfast too. We would certainly be returning ❤️❤️❤️. Till then ciao 👋

Very nice place to stay and very friendly welcome. The hardships of the journey by bike were probably visible to me and there was first a bottle of apple juice and cookies. Breakfast the next morning was more than adequate and really very good. If you come by bike, you have 4.5 km and 450 meters in altitude from the village to the accommodation, simple calculation. But in the end, the effort is worth it...

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming farm stay in Belluno (the Dolomite area of Italy), and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled amidst the breathtaking Dolomite mountains, with awe-inspiring views that were nothing short of a nature lover's dream. Mozzafiato - practicing my Italian and I think that is the right word for "breathtaking"! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of tranquility. The accommodations were cozy, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. I woke up to the stunning sight of the majestic mountains and the serene expanse of an orchard right from my window. It was a true treat for the senses. The hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and recommended an amazing restaurant nearby al Moro! Moto bene!!!

The apartment is an excellent starting point for the Val di Fassa and further on to the Sellaronda. The ski bus stops just 100 meters away. The apartment is located on the main road, shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity. There is a simple ski room available. A highlight is the breakfast, which Daniela brings directly to the door in the morning as desired. The apartment is meticulously clean, well equipped. Very chic bathroom and a nice infrared heat cabin. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Very comfortable bed. Daniela is a lovely hostess, helpful and very friendly. We felt very welcome.

Lovely bnb run by a friendly local couple Andrea and Elisa. Super helpful, on site hosts, have great local restaurant recommendations, advised me on the best local skiing routes to take. Room was modern and spotless (much cleaner than most 5* hotels!). Breakfast provided was a nice selection of local pastries, yoghurt, hams.. Even cooked eggs for us! Only a few hundred meters from Val di Fassa Col Dei Rossi & Ciampec gondolas. Very convenient for skiers. We enjoyed a great first European winter experience in the dolomites here! Less than one hours drive from Bolzano.

Josef's b&b is amazing! But not only that, everything perfect, from the welcome to check-out. I also recommend it for its proximity to wonderful hiking trails and walks that you can reach in less than 15 minutes by car!

Andrea was a wonderful host and this beautiful place is definitely worth a visit! The breakfast is stunning and Andrea is very helpful giving information about local places and restaurants to visit in the area.

My stay with Verena was absolutely magnificent. If you enjoy hiking, beautiful mountain view’s and home cooked meals then this is the place for you. This place is located to many beautiful hikes and the Dolomites. There is much to do in the surrounding towns as well. Verena is a lovely host and is always making sure her guests are comfortable and feel at home. Would 100% come again if given the opportunity.

Melanie was really kind, already communicated with us before the stay, prepared the documents, we knew what and how. That was great. Breakfast was also great, when we had something different every morning (and according to our wishes in advance!) and we always met Melanie. It was very nice, we also liked the room, it must be even more beautiful in the summer. The place where the guesthouse is is beautiful!

We booked as a family for 3 nights with Holger to escape everyday life and go hiking in the mountains. We felt very comfortable in his wonderful house, which was renovated with a lot of love for detail! Holger was always easily accessible and was able to answer our questions quickly and easily - in general, communication was very warm and welcoming from the beginning. He's a great host. It goes without saying that the rooms and spaces were in perfect condition and of course very clean. If you're thinking about booking - do it! We will definitely be back!
