The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. From the Barnim motorway triangle, we are reachable in 5 minutes. By bus and S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, you are in the center of Berlin in 40 minutes. It takes about 30 minutes by car. Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

The 1-bedroom apartments in this category will host up to three persons. The bedroom has a double queen size bed (160×200), a comfortable foldout bed can be put into the living or the bedroom. We provide a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath tab and shower hose.
