Within walking distance in 10 minutes are Netto, REWE, DM, Beränke-Hoffmann and the Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

We rent a small, cozy vacation apartment with a separate entrance in our own house. Right next to the "Gardens of the World" we have a lot of greenery around us, free parking and good shopping. By bus you are at the U-Bahn [subway] and S-Bahn [suburban train] (5) in 15 minutes and can easily explore the sights of Berlin. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zur gemeinsamen Nutzung mit den Vermietern verfügbar. Keine Parkplatzprobleme oder Kosten. Unser Garten und der Grill können gern auf Anfrage genutzt werden.

The apartment is located on the first floor of our shared house. 8 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn. It has been recently renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen. In the living room, there is a large dining table as well as a sofa and a TV. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm; 2 mattresses) and an antique wardrobe. From the bedroom you can directly enter the bathroom with shower and toilet.
