Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. It consists of 1 bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 living room with integrated kitchen and pull-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). The bathroom is in the middle of the apartment. The center of Kassel is 5 km away. The Regiotram and tram stop are within walking distance and you are at Kassel main station (RT) in 8 minutes.

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.

The UNESCO World Heritage Site Wilhelmshöhe Mountain Park with its impressive water features is within walking distance.

Our cosy, elegant flat with balcony is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Kassel. In very close proximity you can find lots of restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarktes. The next tram station is about 50 metres away from the apartment. Even though the apartment is situated in a very crowded area, inside the house it's really quiet.
