The apartment (60m²) is located about 13 km from the city center of Kassel. There is a very good access to public transportation. The regional tram goes directly to the Innestadt of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to the Wilhelmshöhe long-distance train station in 11 minutes. The train station 600 m away. The apartment is located in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

You are booking a nice and cosy groundfloor NON-SMOKING-apartment in the center of Ahnatal-Weimar. You will like the nice view to the Doernberg and the Helfensteine to the West. Good public transport connection to the city. For Safety reasons we CANNOT accept children. NO pets. The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. Individually furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor of our beautiful half-timbered house. Double room, large single room, a small but cozy single room next to the kitchen and a small dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer. We live on the 1st floor and are always available if you have any questions or problems. The garden can be shared. 7 min. walk to Ahnatal-Weimar train station.

Family Waldkauz's guesthouse in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.
