Important to know: The sleeping area is upstairs and can only be reached by quite steep and narrow stairs - guests should feel comfortable climbing up!

Our flat is close to Hamburg and Stade and the river Elbe. The distance to the next Train station is Horneburg (6 km away). The flat offers two single beds (90 x 200) which can used as single or as a double bed. Also the flat has Internet and a nice view into the rural landscape. Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Here you can enjoy tranquility. Hamburg and Bremen are each about 50 minutes away by car. The Altes Land is also not far away and can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Great day trips can be enjoyed here.

You have a separate entrance to the basement apartment and up to 2 free parking spaces. From the apartment 50m there are beautiful forest paths and a small heath path. The front yard is available to the guests of the apartment alone, including an idyllic seating area. Both the beautiful city of Stade, Buxtehude and the Kliemannsland can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes by car.
