Vila Formosa is a beautiful place! We spent a magnificient week in Saõ Miguel, and this house is one of the main causes. The access to the house and the communication has been practical, besides everythingin was clean and polite. We couldn’t have asked for more!

My 3 kids and I loved our 1 week stay here. It’s a beautiful property with lots of character, fully equipped, a very short drive to a good supermarket and restaurants, and easy to get to the main road for exploring the island. This was really a great location for reaching our hiking trails, including a beautiful trail into the hills and Lake Fogo that we could walk to directly from the house. Helena was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, and helped to make our stay here a wonderful one.

We had a lovely stay. The space was very clean. The staff was very quick to answer us when we had any questions. The service was impeccable. The location of the accommodation is very strategic to visit the whole island. We would recommend it without hesitation.
