From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Wow, this place is a real gem! A dreamy, spacious house with everything you need—facing a beautiful garden and a big stone swimming pool, surrounded by olive and orange trees, and featuring a perfect fireplace for the winter. We had such an amazing time here. It's just a very short walk to the stunning beach, with friendly locals and an overall super great experience. We will be back for sure—highly recommended! Pilion is a very special place. The location is just stunning, the view, the nature and the olive trees around, the silence. To get to the house is so special as well, following a beautiful path, away from cars and streets. Unique!

Guntram’s house in Pelion is an absolute gem. It has been lovingly restored over 20 years with both a respect for the building’s history and a focus on creating a superb modern living space. We loved our stay.

Our stay was great the house met all the requirements to make you feel at home like home. It was spotlessly clean accessible for our wheelchair. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the room it has two with air conditioners and a washing machine. Don't forget to mention that it is literally first on the wave. Since only a few meters away is the beach Thank you Stamouli and Elena for hosting. And we highly recommend the apartment. 👍👍💯💯

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The place is wonderfully quiet. In the morning, all you can hear are the birds and the local church bell. Mia, the dog, is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and great company during breakfast outside. We visited at the end of March, so the nights were still a bit chilly, but the fireplace warmed up the space quickly. It was our first time in Greece, let alone Pelion, and Nikki provided us with valuable tips about the local area. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay. The house is located right on the seafront, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. Everything was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The yard is great – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The best airbnb we’ve ever visited! And we’ve been to quite a few. That the house is a bit hard to find also means that you’re surrounded by nature with the most beautiful sea view. We traveled to Milopotamos with our 16 month old. We were prepared for having to deal with lesser amenities than we have at home but Nefeli and Giannis have made sure this place has everything you need, and more than that. Different coffee makers, a laundry machine, an oven, a microwave, a mixer, a baby cod, towels for showering and towels for the beach, a beach umbrella - you name it. Absolutely amazing. All prepared with a great deal of care and detail, it felt like coming home. We’ve also had the pleasure to spend some time with these amazing hosts, and that made our visit complete. Don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it.

The space is an old detached house tastefully renovated. The amenities equal to a 4-star hotel, bourgeois slippers towels toiletries, autonomous heating satisfactory. The cabinets filled with all kinds of beverages, friendly hosts, fruits. Also what is normal, I have not found it anywhere and shows the character of the host is that they had a second pair of keys in case someone needs to turn a different time , this shows respect to the needs of the tenant. Easy parking near the center , quiet location, gorgeous decor, TV DVD books, are just a few of the things hosts had for us. Thank you for hosting impeccable people.

It is the PERFECT getaway, private and peaceful, but not too far from incredible restaurants and active cities. Kiriakos is one of a kind! Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. My family and I LOVED our time here.

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

We had a great stay in Volos! The house was spotless, carefully decorated and we felt comfortable from the first moment. We would like to give special emphasis to Nikos – he was an extremely friendly host, always available and gave us many useful tips that made our vacation even better. It is clear that he really cares about the comfort of his guests. We would be happy to return and highly recommend the stay!

Had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped for good (and less good) weather. Basketball, table tennis, chilling out on the sofa. It was great! A few steps from a wonderfully quiet beach and can walk to the 2 villages. We enjoyed it!

we loved the house. very unique, peaceful and authentic. located in a small village, feels very homey. the host is lovely, they made an extra effort to accommodate us. the house was clean, well organised, and they left some snacks, milk and all cooking ingredients available for us. we highly recommend it. please pay attention to the description, you need to walk and carry your luggage from the car. not a problem for us. area is wonderful. very special vacation spot.

We enjoyed our stay at Κλάρα and Christos' Airbnb and would recommend it for any couple or young family wanting a base for exploring the Pelion peninsula. The property is a single floor apartment in a modern high-spec villa complex. Inside it is spacious and comfortable, and one of the best equipped Airbnb's I've ever stayed at - it had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen equipment, extra linen/towels, to toiletries. Outside there is a covered sofa area with a nice view across the sea, and a connected courtyard with barbecue and table/chairs. It's a short walk to the nearest beach, and a 5 min drive in to the centre of Afissos. Christos was an exemplary host, in contact in advance with helpful instructions, and was always available by phone throughout our stay to answer questions/help.
