Two bedroom flat near the sea

The apartment is on the first floor of a building which has a basement, ground floor and the first floor. It is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms with A/C, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. There are many games and books. The flat has underfloor heating. There is all the time hot water. If you want to use the fireplace, you can either bring your own wood or use mine, l charge 5€/basket.

Agria is a beautiful place near Volos that combines mountain and sea. It has several restaurants (traditional tsipouradika, etc.). Apart from the beaches of Agria where many people swim daily, nearby there are beautiful beaches and fantastic hiking trails in Pelion.

Your family will be close to what they need in this centrally located space. The house is located in a central but also quiet location. It is located at a short distance from a mini-market, bakery, cafe, pizzeria, souvlaki restaurant (less than 50 meters). The distance from the beach of Agria is about 10 minutes on foot and is very close to the main road that leads to the beaches and villages of Pelion mountain.
