The accommodation is located in a small village that does not have shops or any social facilities. A peaceful place with friendly locals. As the description says, it is a traditional Greek house, but with everything you need. Immaculately clean and tidy. The hosts are more than friendly, they will meet you with everything you need. There are a large number of beaches nearby that you have to go to with a car. Those who like this type of vacation will enjoy it. Any recommendation for the host and accommodation! Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

Wonderful cabin in beautiful and scenic location. The view from the cabin was particularly nice. Ioannis met us at a central area in town and we followed him by car to the cabin as it is located pretty deep into side roads. There was hot water and all necessary amenities while being pretty compact. There are a number of cats that hang out around the cabin which are a pleasure to play with. There was an additional charge described as a post-booking tax amounting to 8€/day which I was asked to pay in cash in addition to what I paid on Airbnb. The host did mention this before the stay and offered a refund if I did not like this, though it seemed atypical to me having used Airbnb for a long time. Anyway overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

The most beautiful locations in Eastern Pilion are nearby such as Milopotamos beach, Fakistra beach, Tsagarada Platia. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazingly kind hosts, contact via their daughter. Nice, clean studio apartment that is quite basic. It has all you need though, and otherwise the owners will help you with anything. Garden view is insane! Please make note: to get to the village, you have to walk steep paths and steps (+-10 mins). Also, don't trust Google Maps too much, learn the route to the 'water spring' and to the Health Centre, and use Maps from there. The small and narrow roads to the house are quite rough if you're not used to it. The region is incredibly beautiful in autumn, but be aware some things might be closed because it's off season. All in all, we hope to be back :-)

Everything was great to the last detail! Even the outdoor space was very thoughtful! Beautiful garden nice pool and breathtaking endless view! For those who want to relax while at the same time they want to go to shops and see the center! Perfect place for winter and summer! Comfortable clean well-maintained spaces with a lot of taste and passion! We will definitely go back to Mrs. Katerina's accommodation! It's worth going for several days for relaxation and fun! From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

We had a wonderful time staying at the place. It was very quiet and everything as described. There's a huge outdoor area and we could heat a little inside when it got cooler. A few meters away on foot, we were able to park the car well. The washing machine was also very convenient for us. We would recommend anytime!

+We were greeted by Mrs. Katerina, who was very helpful. She showed us the house and suggested places to eat. When we had trouble lighting the fireplace wood, which was fresh from the humidity and the rain, immediately brought us dry and helped us light it +The house was warm, there was a heater and air conditioning for heating(Additional mats need to be added in the living room and in the kitchen, as a large surface was uncovered,so prohibitive for children playing downstairs) +The balcony overlooked the sea + Bathroom very nice, recently renovated(A curtain in the window is a must) +The kitchen in great condition(You'll need to add a toaster, some oil and salt) +The french door of the living room and bathroom window were aluminum, unlike the windows in the bedrooms that were classic wooden. Wooden and the main entrance, which needs to be repaired. I highly recommend it, we'll do it again!! Thanks for the stay !!

We are absolutely in love!!! What a lovely and lovingly furnished house. We can't believe such a little gem is left to strangers. We were very reluctant to leave and will definitely be back. The house is super cozy and tastefully furnished, everything is super clean and in very good condition - there is everything you need in very good quality (from kitchen utensils, nice dishes, hairdryer, extra blankets, pillows etc.). Florian is super nice and was always quickly available. There was very detailed information about the house, all technical equipment, tours in the area and tips for restaurants. We also liked the surroundings very much - even in rain and gray skies it was great! In summer, the house in this wonderful location with all the possibilities for various activities must be just a dream! Dear Florian, thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!

This secluded Villa in the Theassly hills overlooking the water and mountains of Evia is the perfect serene getaway spot for anyone looking to relax with a nice cup of tea on the beautiful patio while the sun shines down upon them and the olive trees flow in the wind. The home is beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could need. Relax when it's cold outside in the hot tub whilst watching the sunset and let all your worries melt away. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions. 5/5 would stay here anytime we're back in the area! ❤️

Martina's place is just great! We were a family of 5 and it fitted us perfectly. Everything is as described. The village is beautiful with a great view and center. The only thing is that you have to walk between 5-10 minutes to your parking or to the center of the village and it's steep and not easy. We think it is worth the effort.

Great accommodation! The apartament is very roomy with 3 large bedroom, plenty of storage space and a nice and large living room with dining and reading areas. All beds are comfy and the apartment’s design is modern with much light during the day. The balconies are large and perfect to have breakfast. The bathrooms are clean and modern and the kitchen is equipped to cook a quick meal. The building is quiet with just 2 apartments on each floor. The biggest feature for us was the parking area. There are 2 private parking spots, one shaded and one outside. The host nice and helpful and we will definitely be back in Volos! Thanks, Chris!

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

The house is in a peaceful spot, just a short walk from the central square where you'll find restaurants, shops, and a pharmacy. It’s also perfectly located for exploring the many hiking trails in the area. The unit was spotless and immediately felt like home—warm, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. Marita went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. When I arrived, the fridge and kitchen cabinets were already stocked with goodies and all the essentials, so there was no need to rush out for supplies. Marita, who lives next door, is a kind and caring person—and a true cat lover! We had many great conversations (in English) about life, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended! We loved our stay in nasia’s amazing place. It was pure peace with an absolutely amazing beach just a few steps away. Nasia was always helpful and even lent us some snorkelling gear to enjoy the crystal clear waters even more. Would recommend to anyone! Just a recommendation to bring some mosquito repellant for the evenings to protect yourself!

Can't find the proper words to describe this wonderful accommodation! Magnificent view, ideal location (quiet and peaceful while close to everything, specifically only 15' from Volo's center and 10' from Portaria), beautiful house. Fully equipped, really spacious and clean, the perfect place for as many days as possible. Great network for remote working too. Kyriakos was extrwmely organized and thoughtful, kind and always available for questions / suggestions. Hope we are able to come back one day ❤️ Thank you for everything!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at iris sea view. Thanos was a perfect host. Meeting us in the evening to direct us back to the house, smooth check in and delivering us oranges. Also received massage which was wonderful. The terrace is a beautiful sun spot in the afternoon, Afissos has a lovely beach. It was quiet as out of season, but the supermarket is open so you can get supplies. Lefokastro has a good taverna, still open in winter. I would love to come back again and stay for longer next time. Souzana was a wonderful host, very helpful and kind. The Vila is newly renovated with attention to details and has everything you need for your stay. Our family had a great time there. It is less than a minute walk to the beach! We highly recommend and hope to visit again.
