There is a secured private entrance for golf clubs,bikes and luggage etc. The bathroom has an extended shower plate and the shower has also has the detachable spray end. The large living room is combined with the integrated kitchen, new, large comfortable double sofa bed. From the lounge you can access the terrace with views of the high street. The master bedroom has a very nice king size bed and wardrobe/unit

If you are looking for a place to spend a few quiet days, this is the place. 5m by car from the village, all services and a 15-minute walk from the river. Farm production estate, you can take walks among the apricots. There are dog and chickens. The large pool and enclosure are common areas, i.e. it is not private. It is a very large farm, and although there is a lot of privacy, there are shared spaces. The house is private and independent!

Large house on the ground floor with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher shop, etc.), large green area within a minute walk. Easy parking right outside the door. The Smart tv is strategically placed so that you can see it from the patio too, just turning it.
