Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This place is a treat for the senses, the serenity is off the charts. It is a great spot to have the ultimate weekend getaway or stay for a few weeks, with plenty of room for the cars, caravans and tents along with a spacious house that sleeps 7 to 8 people. It has a massive entertaining area off the house with a built in bar which looks out over the picturesque dam. Ceiling fans are throughout the house along with Air conditioning.

What it lacks in size it makes up for in location, being only 20metres from the boat ramp, 50metres to the park and with 280degrees of uninterrupted water views. This water front location covers everyone, whether it be the fisherman, the lady wanting to read while enjoy a glass of wine on the deck or the kids who want to ride their bikes and play in the park. This 2 storey 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

There is a great little beach with a safe swimming enclosure, a boat ramp less than 2 km from the house, and has a small general store. Creek and estuary fishing is located close by and there is also easy access to the Barrier Reef & ‘Bunker Group’ for awesome fishing, diving, and boating.
