Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agnes Water

Wonderful location and so many places to chill out, perfect for a few families!

We enjoyed our two night stay. The view from the deck is beautiful. The location was a quick walk to Endevour Plaza and the main beach. We dipped our feet in the lovely pool, which would get a lot of use in the warmer months. Very nice accommodation with great local recommendations. Neat and tidy and very convenient.

Absolutely stunning house and view! It’s a beautiful space with an amazing aspect. We ate all our meals at home as nothing compared. It’s a great place to relax and explore. Upon arrival, there was some surface dust on the benches and floor. We had a crawling baby, so we did a quick mop. Perhaps there hadn’t been any people staying in it for a period before us. Unfortunately the garbage bins were already full and quite smelly. Bin collection day appeared to be the same day we arrived, so sadly they weren’t put out before our arrival. Coffee pods and a complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely touch, however some basics like a washing up detergent, dishwashing tablets and laundry powder were not. These seemed reasonably insignificant oversights and easily resolved, especially when greeted with this spectacular house and view. We will definitely stay again and come better prepared next time.

On arrival to Adam’s place I was extremely impressed by the openness and cleanliness of the apartment, even tho there are many units surrounding we still felt like our privacy wasn’t compromised. The pool area and surrounding gardens and amenities are very well maintained.Staff were friendly and helpful and check in was a breeze with their online check in procedure,all we had to do was get the key. Thankyou and credits to all for a great and peaceful getaway.

Great unit in beautiful Agnes Water. It was spacious and convenient to pool and walks on the beach. The Pavilions team were very responsive and helpful communicators. I didn’t love that my teens had their own tvs in their bedrooms but others may like this. The hot tub in the pool area was no where near hot enough, this may be intentional as it is summer but I do love a hot hot tub to contrast a cool pool. We love Agnes and would definitely stay at the Pavilions again.

A beautiful place with the beach a stones throw away. Plenty of space for our family and resort pool was fantastic. Accommodation was very spacious and well equipped. We’ll definitely be back to stay at Sandcastles!!

Malo is a lovely apartment in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive to all that Agnes Water/1770 has to offer. The apartment is exactly as described and Jasmin is great to communicate with. We especially appreciated having undercover parking and handy lift access. If you’re looking for a very comfortable, quiet and private accommodation, then this is for you. Highly recommended!

Seven member family staying 5 nights. Had plenty of room, fully equipped kitchen good size dining/ living room. Nice deck, good size table with a view and a small bbq. Bed configuration suited us for everyone's comfort. Aircon in every room except the bunk bed room which has a pedestal fan, visited in April bedrooms a bit stuffy so those helped cool down before going to bed. Main bedroom has access to deck also, has walk in robe & bathroom - no door. Laundry with a washing machine and drier, cleaning equipment. Some basic kitchen items salt, oil, tea, coffee etc. External and two sets internal stairs so not as suitable for guests with mobility issues. Small shared pool. Street parking. Access to beach at end of street, a better access by taking a right at the end of street and via beach access in the next street (timber bridge/walkway and better stairs), also viewing seat here. Beach not patrolled here, available in town. Issues resolved quickly with host, great, quick service. Thanks

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Great price for the time we stayed. Great apartment, spacious and comfy. We were on the ground floor so it was easy access to the pool and beach.

Spacious, clean and well presented. Excellent quality bed and bedding. Close to the beach and selection of two pool. Very accommodating with flexible checkout.

Took my parents who loved being able to sit and watch the water and boating activity. Everything you need was provided to enjoy a great long weekend away. There are stairs to navigate as house on located hillside, but worth it for those amazing views. My highlight was being able to see the stars when I lay in bed.
