Great place and very accommodating and helpful host. The place has a beautiful yard and a nice citrus backgarden. All necessary appliances and supplies were provided in abundance. And bonus a really comfortable bed. Thank you Apostolia!

We had a great time in William`s apartment and in Agios Ioannis. The place was as described, with a wonderful view and a short walk downhill to the beach. The kitchen could be equipped a bit better, but otherwise we have nothing to complain. Communication with William was easy. The area is very beautiful, but roads are very very steep and winding! Agios Ionnis in September was a peaceful place, we will definitely be back!

Nikos is an absolutely wonderful host and person. Kind, discreet, respectful, always willing to provide help and recommendations, he really is a beautiful person all around. The apartment was clean, warm and cosy, the surroundings are quiet and peaceful and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The very friendly cat and dogs in the garden are a perk! The location is a great starting point to visit many villages in the surrounding area from. It is definitely worth it to stay at Nikos's place, and we will for sure look to book this place the next time we visit Pelion!

Our second stay here so we really enjoyed the place. Great spacious house, secluded and private. You can walk to the nearest beach but the walk back includes a lot of uphill walking. You need a car for most of the other places. If you need really quiet place than you should know that you can hear kids from camp nearby. None of this was a problem for us, so if you think similarly this house is perfect for you
