Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Agia Pelagia

Together with my wife and daughter I really did enjoy our stay at Elenis Apartment! We had to leave Crete earlier than expected (due to some private stuff). Eleni was very understanding and accepted our request of shortening the stay. We got a refund of 3 days which was very accommodating!! The flat got everything you need, we spent most of our time on the balcony looking at the sea. The beach close by is nice and quiet. The next restaurant is in walking distance of 25minutes, we do recommend a rental car though.

My wife loved this place. Everything from the new modern unit to the garden grounds. The bed was comfortable and the private parking area was also very convenient. The beach is walking distance, only half a mile away(downhill). But we didn’t feel like walking uphill back to the unit, se we just drove. An adorably friendly cat visits daily, which my wife also enjoyed.

We can highly recommend this accommodation. It's tucked away in a very secluded spot, which makes it wonderfully peaceful. At the same time, you can reach restaurants and a mini market in just a few minutes. A car is essential! The garden is stunning. The biodiversity is incredible. There's always something new to discover. The house is quite small and simply furnished, but that was absolutely fine. Everything was clean, and that's what matters most. The long driveway leading to the house can be a bit intimidating—it just slopes down without any railing or guard. But that’s just part of the Cretan charm. Giannis was always very friendly and helpful—thank you for everything! We also got to know the neighboring family and even visited them. Such kind people. And the animals! Aphroditi the horse, a peacock, chickens, and turkeys—our daughter loved them. Overall a great experience. We were very happy and would definitely recommend it. Who knows—maybe we’ll be back in a few years!

Andy is a great woman and a great host, friendly, cheerful, we felt at home with her. Separate entrance, rest in peace and quiet. The studio is very clean and cozy, it was nice to spend time on the terrace full of flowers. She hosted us as if we were her closest family. I greet and recommend this place with all my heart♥️. Nikoleta and Alexis, thank you so much for your hospitality! We loved your beautiful home full of art and especially your beautiful garden. The home was so peaceful, quiet, and super close to Knossos. We appreciated being able to walk over right when it opened to beat the crowds. Nikoleta was super communicative and we had no trouble finding the house. I only wish we could have stayed longer - their house is truly magical!

Michael was an excellent host , and we enjoyed our staying, a very private and peaceful zone , we would return definitely!

This property is on the top of our list of all of the Super-host level properties we’ve been at whether Air B&B or any other platform. Premium quality and high marks for design aesthetics promoting maximum relaxation inside or in the yard with breathtaking views all day long and spectacular sunsets. All meals at the property must be had out doors! It was a perfect retreat after long days of sightseeing. We would rent it again in a heartbeat and will recommend it to family. John & Autumn

This house is an extremely special place. The view from the balcony into the valley was absolutely stunning, the furnishings are lovely and tasteful, and the recommendations that Apo provided were spot on. The tavern in the village fed us fit to burst, and we couldn’t stop talking about how we hope to return again someday. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us ❤️

Very nice Airbnb in a great location walkable to the port, perfect for ferry access. Airbnb was spotless, had a nice balcony and very nice lighting features throughout. Host was quickly responsive & friendly! Thanks for a great stay

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, well-equipped and above all… the jacuzzi was a real plus! perfect for relaxing after a day of discovery in Crete. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment met our expectations, the beach is literally 30 seconds away from the apartment. The apartment has everything you need, and also has a large terrace where you can spend time both during the day and in the evening. We absolutely loved the location and Agia Pelagia, a small town, but you will find everything you need within walking distance - supermarkets, cafes, authentic restaurants with delicious local food. Special thanks to Nikos and Agatha for their hospitality and care! Agia Pelagia and Crete will definitely stay in our hearts and we already want to go back!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures on the website. We absolutely loved our stay here! Although there were other guests at the resort, we didn't see them at all, so it felt like we were the only people there. The facilities, including the pool, sun beds both in and out of the pool, which were incredible! Stefani showing us around when we first got there and explained that cleaning service was included, which we didn't expect. This made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The attention to detail made our stay exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will definitely recommend the villa to our friends and family. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

A very nice apartment with everything you need. Right on the beach. View from the balcony is simply fantastic, we enjoyed having breakfast there every morning. The car could be parked easily on the street. Would book the apartment again at any time without ifs and buts.

Dora and her family were so friendly and helpful. Dora collected us from the bus and arrived the next morning with a pot of soup. Delicious. Everything about the accommodation was amazing. A lovely apartment nice pool area , nice walks. Bravo restaurant and staff are fantastic. Antonis is so friendly and welcoming. It’s our favourite restaurant. I would highly recommend this Airbnb

The place is as described on the site. Clean, cosy, quiet and exactly where you need it to be. 5min walk from the central Heraklion lion fountain. We were very happy with everything!!

We had an amazing time. Manolis is very helpful and friendly. He gave us some great recommendations of beaches to go to and restaurants. The apartment is in a great location. It has everything you need and is really nicely decorated and very clean. If we end up in Agios Nikolaos again we will definitely stay there again

I really enjoyed my stay at Alex's place - clean, conveniently located and just as described on the photos. The swing on the terrace and a few other nice little touches made my stay extra pleasant. Communication with Alex was always easy, quick and very helpful and I look forward to staying here again on future visits.

A lovely modern condo in the heart of Heraklion. Located next to a mini market and delicious bakery, this spot is in a great location. We especially loved the rooftop space!

Marianna’s place was great - we had a very pleasant time there. The view over the Mediterranean Sea is stunning, and the location is easy to access. Her mum, Sonia, kindly made us a local pie upon arrival, and she was so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There are several excellent restaurants nearby, and it’s only about 20 minutes to the Heraklion city centre. Highly recommended!
