Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

Eleni’s apartment was such a great stay! We were there for only 1 night and got in late due to our flight but she was so responsive, helpful, and even waited for us to let us in and show us around the apartment. Great communication overall. The apartment was close to the airport which is exactly what we needed. Fantastic value as well. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. The appartment is clean and has all you need. The location is also very great. 😄 You can have a swim in the sea after you wake up.

We spent lovely 3 weeks at the Kallia’s apartment with 1 y.o. baby. The place was great, clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there, even small bottles of home made olive oil and honey, it was nice. Also, they provided a bed and dining chair for baby at our arrival without even asking, it was very sweet. Kallia and her family are so open and friendly people, it was a pleasure to meet them. I recommend this place very highly.

We stayed in a really well furnished home, with all possible comforts available. The host is really nice and welcoming. The only thing is the neighborhood, quiet but a little shabby. However the house is amazing, we couldn't ask for better

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

Beautiful stay. Location near the port on foot. Took the bus 10 minutes to Knossos. Same thing to visit the old town. Near a market and a nice and totally Greek restaurant towards the accommodation. The place is so nice and clean it looks like no one has been there before! Thanks for this nice stop in Heraklion.

Its a great loft styled house that has an amazing patio/ rooftop! The place is also very conveniently located close to the highway and has lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby! As its close to the airport, we did hear a lot of loud airplane taking off but it DID NOT bother us and it was very cool to see plane taking off in the hot tub! The hot tub was such a great addition to the space and the host provided bathrobes for our stay which was also a nice touch! It is placed in an area that is very private on the rooftop so you can totally enjoy with privacy. The host is great communicators and respond very promptly! The check out experience was very easy and they made it extra hassle free!

Michael was very nice and also responded to our requests at any time, very nice cottage near a village if you want it rather quieter. Rental car recommended but all in all 5 stars.

The apartment we stayed in was tip top in order. Everything was clean and tidy. The area was quiet, however to explore this one a car is a must. The bustling city center is about a 20-minute drive away. This was no problem for us, we enjoyed the tranquility in the complex and by the pool. Stefano is a friendly host, who is very involved and wants to make his guests as desired. If we were to go to Rethymnon again, we would definitely think about coming back here!

So, we’re at this amazing place in the end of October. Few tourists. Quiet. Still warm with 23 degrees and the sea was also pretty warm. It was a great time to come. A few places closed end of October but it was ok. The apartment and the view are simply breathtaking ! It’s a jewel. It was very quiet and private. Super clean. Lots of towels. Dishwasher. Washing machine. It has everything. The communication with Christos was perfect. We had trouble finding the way but a quick call and everything was sorted. Really great host. There also was a personal message inside the apartment from the owners. It is such a lovely touch and you don’t experience these kinds of things anymore. We were 4 people, two parents , a child of 2,5 and the grandma. It was totally ok. Our child is not sleeping through the night so we put her in our bed at some point which can get tight but the sofa is comfortable as well. Tipp: buy groceries on the way from the airport! No supermarket nearby! All in all: TOP!

There were two of us staying at the property for 12 nights. We enjoyed it very much. One bedroom with bathroom in the basement and one upstairs. Living room and kitchen on the first floor. A great layout. The private parking lot by the house is very convenient. Excursions by car are easily possible due to the good connection to the expressway. We walked about 15 minutes to the city center or took the bus. 150 meters from the property is a well-stocked grocery store. Antonio provided us with coffee, water, cookies, milk, eggs, bread, cheese and ham as a welcome greeting. We were well taken care of at the start. Plumbing and household items were sufficiently available. Communication with Antonio was very straightforward. He responded promptly to questions and actively asked. We felt very comfortable.

The house is in a secluded place away from mass tourism, in a small mountain village. From the terrace you can see the sea and the mountains. Quite a sight! The house is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of food in case you needed it. In the village tavern you can eat well, whatever they have prepared. If you are interested in archaeology, you can visit an archaeological site and a Mycenaean tomb. Thanks to Tito for being attentive and for his attention. I recommend this place 100x100

Very good location. Close to the old town, about 10 minutes on foot, but at the same time very quiet and peaceful at night, you can have a great rest. I highly recommend this location

I had a great time staying in this location! Responsive and kind hosts, large and clean accommodations, with very modern amenities. I will choose to stay at this place next time I visit Heraklion! Marina was a very helpful kind woman who addressed a problem with the shower when it was not draining.

Mrs Kalliopi is a wonderful host. She is a helpful person and her house is amazing concerning the condition, facilities and location. I strongly recommend her place.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

We had 2 wonderful weeks in Samson's Akontio Sea View apartment. Check-in was totally flexible and easy with a key box and we arrived in a spotless apartment, where a filled fruit basket awaited us. We slept well in the large, comfortable bed, the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary utensils, so we could also take good care of ourselves. We enjoyed our breakfast on the large balcony with sea view! The location is also perfect. 10 minutes to the pretty village of Panormo with 3 beautiful beaches, several taverns, supermarkets and other shops. And when we were lazy, we swam at the small pebble beach directly below the house. The location was ideal for trips to the beautiful hinterland to the south coast between Heraklion and Chania. The contact also left nothing to be desired. Samson responded quickly and a short circuit long after work was fixed within 30 minutes. We'll be back for sure!

Small but nice accommodation! Very clean, everything necessary available. Communication was quick, easy and very friendly. :) The beach is really right outside the door (max. 1 minute walk), the matching beach bar with free loungers is also on site. 🌊🍹🌞 The only suggestion for improvement would be a vacuum cleaner or broom. After 9 days, even with great caution, sand or dirt gets into the apartment. It would have been practical to be able to remove it. Happily again! 🫶🏻
