Nature lovers, this is the perfect place! Renovated in a cozy and warm spirit, you can stay there with up to 12 people. The water retention basin and the stream will accommodate fishermen or those who wish to wade.

The entire first floor of my house with terrace, garden, swimming pool, barbecue. 2 independent entrances. €15 fee for linen to be paid on arrival. - Double room - German bedding 160X200 - Living room or double bedroom - Bed 140 x 190 cm. Walk-in shower - Separate toilet. NO kitchen BUT kettle, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes available. Pool shared with owner. Warm atmosphere: "à la bonne franquette". I live on the 2nd floor of the house 😉

The "Villa au petit bonheur" is a quiet hamlet house, completely renovated, 10 min from Nérac and Condom, and 35 min from Agen. Private heated pool, shaded terrace under pergola with garden furniture, BBQ, ping-pong, darts, petanque court... It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds and 2 bunk beds for max 8/10 people. A perfect location to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the amenities of the surrounding tourist towns and villages.

Studio of 32 m2 with large terrace, it is located within the beautiful village of Vianne, quiet and close to shops. Free parking is available in front of the studio (1 min walk). From the bedroom you will have a view of the Baïse River and the barges, and from the terrace a view of the garden. Access to the studio is through a door at the back of our garden (key safe). Sheets, bath towels and linen provided 🙂 greenway nearby.

On the terrace you can relax in the private hot tub and enjoy the view of the stars
