Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alexandros war super freundlich, immer gut erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Terrasse und in der Nebensaison ist es hier herrlich ruhig. Gerne wieder!

We had a wonderful stay in Skiathos! The host was fantastic — very welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The apartment, a cosy basement space, was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed. The real highlight was the stunning garden overlooking the Aegean Sea — absolutely breathtaking and the perfect place to relax. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. 5 stars!

Staying here felt like stepping into a secret, magical world- cozy, rustic, and full of wonder. Surrounded by breathtaking nature, stunning views, and the kindest, most generous people, this place is both peaceful and full of possibilities. From scenic hikes that leave you speechless, to delicious restaurants just a minute’s walk away, to rooftop terraces with unforgettable views, to hidden beaches just a short drive away—there was always something special to do. And when we stayed in, the artistic and authentic indoor space was perfect for family games or enjoying a glass of wine on the many balconies. Our hosts went above and beyond, treating us with such warmth and care. They brought us homemade treats, checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel truly welcome with their kind and genuine presence. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. We can’t recommend it enough and we definitely be back!

Olga was a great host, was quick to respond and had great recommendations for the surrounding areas. The apartment had everything we needed and even more, like games, cards and an umbrella we could take to the beach. It was an overall great experience

Perfect for an overnight stay before taking the ferry - very kind welcoming and we felt very comfortable with everything

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

Es war sehr toll und die Gastgeber:innen waren superhilfreich. In einem Haus in der Nachbarschaft lief eine Alarmanlage mehrere Stunden und es wurde sich sogar um Kontaktaufnahme mit Polizei/Gemeinde gekümmert um das Problem zu lösen.

Nous avons loué le logement pour un week-end et c’était parfait. La communication était excellente et l’appartement très propre. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un week-end sans hésiter.

Great Stay in Skiathos! 🏝️ We had an incredible stay at Kiriaki's place in Skiathos! From the moment we walked in, we loved how charming and cozy the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic—just a short stroll to the beaches, local restaurants and the Old Town, yet still quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and we'd like to thank Kiriaki for making it so special. We can’t wait to return!

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. I can definitely recommend this location. It was clean, private, calm, on the countryside and had almost everything you need (kitchen, WiFi, terrace, barbecue place, lemons and grapes on the trees in the garden). Maria is changing the sheets once a week and is cleaning up twice a week. You should only be aware of animal noises (roosters, sheep, dogs, pheasants...) :-) - but this is charming! The next very nice beach and the bus station are about 20 min. by foot, I can recommend a vehicle to go to more far away beaches etc. Maria and her daughter are very friendly and helpful, communication was uncomplicated. Thank you for a very relaxing holiday!

Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα σε κάθε επίπεδο! Ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, ο χώρος ήταν πολύ άνετος, πεντακάθαρος, με παραδοσιακή αύρα και σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, μαγευτική θέα και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο του χωριού. Ο Δημήτρης άμεσα διαθέσιμος πάντα, ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας κατατοπίσει. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες, δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με την επικοινωνία μας με τους ιδιοκτήτες ,ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να μας λύσουν κάθε απορία μας !

Ospitalità, gentilezza e disponibilita! La mamma ed il papà di Marina sono stati molto cortesi e sempre sorridenti. L’appartamento è uguale alle foto, accogliente e spazioso per 2 persone, non mancava nulla. Fantastico fare la colazione sul terrazzino vista mare! La fermata del bus è la n. 9 e si trova proprio difronte alla villa, il bus fa 28 fermate, si riescono a raggiungere le spiagge più belle, ma la spiaggia difronte alla villa è a 5 minuti a piedi. La villa è in una pozione eccellente per visitare le numerose spiagge nei dintorni e si trova a 10 minuti di bus dal porto di Skiathos. Noi abbiamo preferito noleggiare uno scooter che ci ha dato una grande libertà di spostamento e nel giardino della villa c’è un comodo parcheggio. Vacanza perfetta! We had an incredible stay at Dimitrios' place in Volos! From the moment we booked, Dimitrios was attentive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make our stay seamless. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our visit, offering fantastic local tips and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself is a gem. The balcony is absolutely stunning — the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the beautiful views of the city. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to all that Volos has to offer. It’s just a short walk to the waterfront, shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring this vibrant city. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more convenient place to stay. Thank you, Dimitrios, for making our trip to Volos so memorable. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

Το διαμέρισμα του Νίκου, είναι όπως ακριβώς περιγράφεται και φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ άνετος για δύο άτομα. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, το μπάνιο είναι ευρύχωρο το κρεβάτι πολύ αναπαυτικό και το μπαλκόνι είναι ιδανικό για να χαλαρώσεις το βράδυ όταν πέφτει ο ήλιος. Ο Νίκος είναι απίστευτος οικοδεσπότης. Η υποδοχή του μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας, μας έδειξε το διαμέρισμα και μας πρότεινε αρκετές ωραίες παραλίες και εστιατόρια στην περιοχή. Αν επισκεφθούμε το παραλιακό Πήλιο ξανά, σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε το διαμέρισμα του Νίκου.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! First of all, the impeccable cleanliness of the place made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The view from the house is simply stunning, a true haven of peace that invites relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind and always available to answer our questions and provide us with tips about the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the location is perfect, close to Volos, allowing us to enjoy both the tranquility of the place and the easy access to the city. We highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!
