Monthly Rentals in Affton

I was there for about five minutes and the tornado sirens went off. Aaron sent me a message to say if I wish to join them in their basement please do so, and I did. Gave me a chance to get to know them. Quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay! A quick walk to some amazing food and a short drive to anything else you want to do. Ashley was quick to respond if we had questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying here! I stayed for an extended period of time and had everything I needed in terms of cooking and comfort. The place is super cozy and clean, and looks just like the photos. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and neighbors are friendly. It was also easy to find close parking at all times during my stay. Jesse was a great host and super responsive!

The home had everything we needed, and suited perfectly for a family of four. Two beds upstairs and a shower, downstairs master with a bathtub. Kitchen had the equipment needed to cook a couple meals, and the home was a comfortable place to relax after a busy day exploring St. Louis (about 20-30 min drive to various locales of interest for a family to explore). Because this is a pet friendly place, it does have a smell of dogs and has dog hair around even though we didn't bring one. But it didn't bother us too much. the windows and doors are also quite old so they don't have a super solid close/lock feel but the hood felt like a quiet and safe one so it wasn't a big deal. Close to stores and some restaurants for a quick trip as well. Thanks for a great stay, we recommend it for families!
