We had a great time at this place! Everything was as described, very clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. The location is ideal for discovering the area, and we really enjoyed the calm of the place. Many thanks to the host. We recommend without hesitation and will be back with pleasure!

The apartment is clean, bright, there is the Clim but we did not need it the air is good, Juan is responsive gives good advice, welcoming, and attentive. There's water when you arrive and good chocolates, thank you! We'll be back, that's for sure . You feel at home, clean linens, and something to change . Children's games, you can walk to the beach in 10 minutes, there is also a shopping center 5 minutes away and always room to park next to the apartment.

I was a solo traveller. If you want a quite break within 4min walk from the beach & local restaurants, then this is the spot for you. Two bedrooms (twin room is small), with a lovely shower & full working kitchen. The apartment was spotless on arrival. You have the beach in sight from the balcony where you get winter sunshine up until 1:30/2pm. You can turn left or right at the beach for restaurants. You have 2/3 supermarkets wishing a 5-10min walk. A small shopping mall also within walking distance. I walked from the airport return 30-35mins & safe along a cycle/ pedestrian lane. Also 1hr:20min walk into Arrecife marina where restaurants were reasonably priced. I also walked to Puerto del Carmen old town harbour (2hr 30mins) return. Both routes are safe, pedestrianised promenade & cyclists also is the same route. I would happily definitely return again.
