Cozy house with 300 m to beach

The home is located in beautiful surroundings close to the beach and nice opportunities for walking/running in the surrounding area. A truly unique walk is on Thurø Rev. There is an exit from the terrace of the first floor overlooking the water at a distance of 300 meters. The home is on two levels and smaller pets are allowed. The property is located at 5 km distance from Svendborg city centre with a rich cultural life. The house itself is with kitchen/living room and with living room and bedroom on the first floor. The garden fenced so smaller dogs can be in the garden.

Beautiful, child-friendly villa close to town, beach and forest

Our lovely home is the perfect starting point for a family holiday in Svendborg and the surrounding area. The villa is only 200 meters from the local, child-friendly beach and 200 meters from the forest with the possibility of bonfires, walks and cycling. It is only 10 minutes by bike to Svendborg city and 5 minutes by car. The villa has plenty of space, full quilted kitchen, several bedrooms, two bathrooms and the most amazing green garden with fire pit, fruit trees, trampoline, barbecue, etc. better setting for a wonderful holiday hardly exists!

Exceptional waterfront villa in quiet surroundings with panoramic views of Svendborgsund. The villa has private bath staircase, outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen-living room and two sunny terraces: one with water view, the other with a view to the field and forest. In the immediate area there are wonderful nature experiences, beach, forest, a walk to the ice shop, various local farm bays and vineyards. Within 10 minutes drive along the water you are in the center of Svendborg. Directly to adult non-smokers.

Lovely villa close to town with beach within walking distance

Enjoy Svendborg and South Funen from a lovely villa that sleeps the whole family. The villa is located with Høje Bøge Skoven as a neighbor - 10 minutes walk from the pedestrian street's cozy shops and restaurants. 10 minutes from fantastic bathing jetty and small beach. The house has 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and a children's room with a single bed. The garden is sunny, lots of cozy nooks, orangery, trampoline, and sandbox. From the terrace there is a fantastic view over Svendborg, Taasinge and look to the water.

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides and has sea views. We have both deck chairs, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fire pit. There is wifi, cromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house was completely renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Ærø - Large house, close to beach, town & harbor

Charming house in a great location, close to water, nature, shopping and city. Sleeps 9 for adults. Room for more if some of the guests are smaller children. Location in the cozy southern part of Marstal, with a short distance to the marina, forest and the beach at "Erik's tail" with the iconic little beach houses and lovely bathing conditions for both children and adults. Walk distance to shopping, ferry, and free bus that connects the island.

The house "No. 1" you get all to yourselves, with your own and there are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully furnished and there is both a heat pump and fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home. The forest is located in the backyard with mountenbike tracks and 500 m to the lovely beach . The house has 3 rooms with a double bed in all 3 rooms . Large dining space for 8 and a good and cozy living room . In the garden there is also a dining area for 8 people and a barbecue . Animals are not allowed .
