The house is bright and lovely, featuring a kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with a double box mattress (160 x 200), a narrow staircase up to a loft with a double mattress, and a small room with 2 beds (80 x 190) for children. Bring the whole family to one of the oldest and most authentic houses in Kragnæs. The area invites you to cycle, run and walk. Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, unspoiled south-facing garden where you can relax under the big old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is located just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island sea trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action. Perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. (Please look at the room- & bedsituation. Not a perfect fit for four single adults.)
