Very quiet peaceful place to relax 5 min to Sylvania, & Pacesetter Park, 5 acre parcel offering large pond for swimming & fishing. Total privacy, inside parking, laundry, gas grill, corn hole, par 2 golf course, fire ring, firewood, swings, & fantastic view of the sunsets & star gazing. Lots of parks that offer riding & walking trails. Many golf courses near by, or play our 9 hole Par 2 golf course on site. Pond offer lots of fun, swimming, paddle boat, fishing, slide, & relaxing on the beach.

My lake bottom is shallow hard sand, perfect for swimming for kids of all ages (also a large floating matt for your use). 2nd bedroom not 100% private. Best for kids or family
