Queen Victorian Home, Walking distance to downtown

Built in 1896, and utilized by the Presbyterian Church until 1950. This house has a lot of history with space for all your needs. Whether you are a large family, hosting a get together for the weekend, or here on business this house has everything you need. Walking distance to downtown provides easy access to exciting bars and restaurants, the Croswell Opera House, Chaloners, local farmers market, and shops. House is centrally located to many lakes in the area and 45 min. drive to Ann Arbor.

Short drive north to Ann Arbor, south to Toledo and anywhere in between!

Make wonderful memories at this unique & quiet family-friendly abode. A 1 person & 2 person kayak included. Bonfire with s’mores (ingredients are on the house)! A darling treehouse, (read, draw & paint on canvases provided)! A swing-set is in the backyard for the kids to enjoy. Views of lake from the carriage house & views of the garden and woods in the back. Game room below the carriage house for rainy day activities including ping pong, board games and TV. Outdoor games available.

Escape the hustle and bustle. Come relax in our cozy tiny house on our little farmette where we raise a few goats and retail handcrafted patio furniture. Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. Our Italian apartment boasts a lovely view of downtown Tecumseh! Charming, comfortable and private! Queen size bed with crisp linens, full kitchen with basic cooking/eating necessities. Guest controls heat/air. This space functions as an "Inn", so there will be no personal items on the premises and it is meticulously cleaned after each guest. Historic Firehouse turned Modern Home in Riga, MI

This solid concrete tiny home was once this ghost town's fire house! It's been sensibly converted and turned into a stylish and comfortable living space. Despite being solidly out in the country, it's a quick drive to Blissfield and Adrian, or even Ann Arbor or Toledo. There's a small and peaceful outdoor seating area, combo washer/dryer, full kitchen, and multiple televisions. The home has an EV Charger, and a Tavern Next door, set to open soon!

The Retreat comes complete with original hard wood floors, charming woodwork, new oversized windows and an intimate private porch that overlooks the sculpture & flower gardens.
