You are renting a century-old homestead house. Bathroom on the main floor, 5 beds upstairs. If you are physically impaired, stairs may be challenging for you. Nice propane Grill, side burner & dishes provided. Mid sized frig. Good coffee. Fire pit. Boat dock with chairs, sunrise! Approval req for small children. No pets, No parties. High speed WIFI. Long stay disccount. This is a fav for couples. If you will have visitors, we must know in advance. FOR SALE someday. Get on the list!
