It is in one of the historic apartment developments of Costa Adeje, where those of us from here spent our summers. Now it looks modern and comfortable, in a quiet immediate environment. WiFi Internet, TV, two swimming pools (one exclusively for young children) and right outside your door, three beaches and the promenade 3 minutes away. You can telework from the terrace or inside. The functionally furnished apartment with its private South facing terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. A shared community swiming pool. Wonderful panoramic views to the ocean and La Gomera. Around 20 min to the beach. Restaurants, gym nearby. The bus stop by complex gates. Several minutes to CC X Sur.

Canarian style home with sea views, terrace & pool

@sleephousetenerife Beautiful Canarian-style house with two rooms recently renovated with a large terrace and a swimming pool with solarium and chilling area. The house is located in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere but with the advantage of being only 15 minutes away from the beach. The house is on the top of a hill and has a wonderful and clean panoramic view towards the sea. The sunsets are magnificent with La Gomera island on background.

The good life

Bright,serene, spacious... a space where time seems another, slower. Enjoy the sun and shade, work with the open house, immerse ourselves in the water, eat and dine outdoors, read, play, walk the beach, cook without a rush... the good life. As an architect, after many renovations, I know that light and space are the real luxury. A main space that opens completely to the terrace facing the sea, towards the sunset, in a very quiet environment.

The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

The accommodation in the residential complex of Colina Blanca in Costa Adeje is a place of peace located in a touristic area of San Eugenio alto. The functionally furnished apartment with its private terrace can accommodate up to a max of 3 people. There is an option of dining outside. Views to the ocean, sunbeds. Around 20 min to the beach. It is located on the top floor and has separate entrance. Free public parking by the complex.
