Vacation rentals with a patio in Adamsdown

Booked last minute before the Newport Marathon and it was exactly what I needed. Ann was very welcoming and kindly left out coffee and juice to help fuel the run! The annexe is nice and private and has everything you'd need. Car/bus needed to get into Cardiff.

Great little place to stay. We booked the one with the private terrace which was perfect. Location is spot on too, very near town and only 10 minute taxi to the Bay. Annoyingly I didn't have time to use the shower but the bathroom was very tidy. Was quite weird that the door knew my name but also reassuring that we were in the right place. Not sure if I didn't read the info correctly but there is non permit parking that is quite reasonable right outside the property. I'd booked parking elsewhere but didn't need to. On busy days, it might be needed but we stayed on a week day. Definitely better than a hote and would stay there again.

Jolanta and I only had contact through the news. She is a likeable landlady and available at any time. Access to the apartment is via a key box - very easy to set 4 digits with number wheels. The apartment is very bright and friendly. It is very quiet at night (residential area). If you like to sleep in the dark, you have to take a sleeping mask or something similar for one of the bedrooms, as the street lamp is very bright. It didn't bother me. The other bedroom is inside. If you are a good walker, you can reach the city in 20 minutes and the Penarth Pier in a good 30 minutes. Penarth Pier is beautifully located on the Bristol Canal. You can also eat well there. Cardiff can also be reached by car in a quarter of an hour. Cardiff Bay (harbor) offers many pubs and restaurants. You can also go for a walk there. If I ever go back to the area, I will definitely stay in Jolanta's apartment again.

Great place to stay for a weekend away in Cardiff. Short walk to Mermaid Quay. Really peaceful location. Spacious and very clean, comfy beds. Bonus of a secure parking space. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend.

Was such a lovely stay, probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in in Cardiff so far. Cathays station is a 15 second walk away which we got into town, so very handy. Everything was clean and lovely and great facilities :) Would definitely stay again ❤️

Aaron had made sure we had everything we needed including phone chargers which came in handy. The flat was very spacious, homely and well located. As a host Aaron was quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great stay.

We spent just one night at Kay’s lovely apartment. She responded quickly to any questions , very clean, comfy bed and lovely decking over a very pretty stream.

Danielle's place was very clean and welcoming. Cute welcome package for a personal touch. Only a 12 minute uber ride to central Cardiff. Danielle was very responsive and helpful all the way through. Highly recommend :)

Wouldn’t think twice about using it again when visiting Cardiff

Couldn't of asked for a better place to stay the might before my wedding. Both lodges were beautiful and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Location is beautiful and Ginetta is a WONDERFUL host. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a perfect stay. Don't think twice about staying here, you won't be dissapointed xxxx

We had a great stay. Location was ideal for us. Easy to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Local park 5 minutes walk. Good to have parking on the drive for 2 cars as Cardiff streets can be difficult to park on. Quiet location, relaxing, peaceful. Tom was a great host, thank you.

Charlotte was an excellent host who gave clear instructions and made the place feel very welcoming. The house was ideal for a weekend stay to enjoy some of Cardiff’s tourist sites and spend a day a Sophia Gardens to watch some Cricket. It was comfortable and spacious with and easy to use kitchen, clean bathroom and relaxing lounge. When returning to the area we would happily use this place again.

Lovely stay at Aaron and Jai’s place. Felt right at home there and it’s in a great location- in the city but still nice and peaceful. Aaron and Jai were great hosts, really friendly and informative. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again myself if I’m ever in the area again.

Gardens were beautiful With flowers and lovely roses. So calm and peaceful. Wake up to birds singing and quiet. Home was lovely and had all we needed. Shopping and some great pubs/restaurants close by. The George and Rising sun.

Had a wonderful stay. Very spacious. Private. Felt right at home. Lovely massive bed in the main bedroom pillows and duvet also comfortable. Didn't use the 2 single beds but also a lovely room. The cottage just felt like it had a lovely atmosphere. You can leave the door open and windows without feeling like you have to have the door shut. Did Cheddar Gorge and Caves, Wookey Hole and Weston-super-Mare. Went to the Langford Inn and the Railway Inn plus in Cheddar had a lovely Indian at Rasoi and Milkshakes at Lion Rock Tea room. Jodie and Angus were helpful and friendly :-) Next time will definitely use the hot tub!

Absolutely loved this air BnB Gill was extremely helpful and the cottage was brilliant Loads of room Very comfortable with stunning views Enjoyed my visits from Bella the cat too and the horses over the gate I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again highly recommended

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. We know we have found something special. Thank you Claire.

It was compact as described, very new and clean. We got great sleep and appreciated being able to park our rental car in the drive.

We booked this last minute for a quick getaway and we will definitely return! Such a beautiful apartment with loads of outdoor space and the children’s bedroom was dreamy! They’ve requested the same lights at home! All the little touches were very much appreciated, thank you again Dave for being so wonderful :)

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

Great place and wonderful host. Excellent communication throughout stay. Very close to principality stadium and Cardiff city centre and also provides free parking in the city centre which is a big plus

Wonderful place for my weekend stay in Cardiff! Just as described, really lovely decor, equipped kitchen, everything was sparkling clean. The place has a lovely front-yard too! Overall I couldn't have asked for a better place and the host was super communicative and very flexible with my requests. I would definitely return and recommend this lovely flat to anyone. Quick walk to the heart of the city and in a quiet area if you're looking for some peace.
