Waterfront cottage is attractive, comfortable and perfectly located for days out around the area, which is stunning! The pub next door is the best pub in town with decent food and a great selection on draft. Newport is charming and has everything you could possibly want. Lourda is super responsive and very friendly, the beds are clean and comfortable and the place is well equipped, the instructions and recommendations are clear and helpful. Wonderful!

We had a lovely time at Rachel’s place, the garden at the back is beautiful and the bed was super comfy. Rachel had left fresh bread, milk and butter for us, as well as fresh flowers! That’s very impressive and reflective of the level of detail provided by Rachel. The stone house is in a great location in Newport and it’s only a ten minute drive from Westport. We really enjoyed using the record player in the house ( we are 70’s kids 😂). A great stay and would definitely recommend it!

A real gem! We had a great time at this place for 4 people. Everything is thought out in every detail: the layout is both functional and warm, the neat decoration creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the equipment is simply exceptional. Nothing is missing, whether it's in the kitchen, the bedrooms or the bathroom — everything is of high quality. But what makes this place really unique are the many touches left by hosts: jam, milk, eggs, sweets... We feel that the welcome is made with heart. It immediately feels like home, or even better! Thank you for this enchanted parenthesis — we will come back without hesitation.

Lovely little house, - perfect for a family of 4 and a great place to base yourself to visit attractions in Mayo. Eamonn was super helpful and responsive. The highlight of our childrens trip was getting to use Eamonn's family's toys outside - Thanks so much! Really appreciated the bread, milk and few goodies left for our arrival 😊
