Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm food. A microwave, hot plate and dishes are available. In just a few steps you can reach the train (S60), which will take you to Vienna Central Station in 12 minutes. There is also a bus station to Schwechat in front of the door, free bicycle
