Cortijo Alguaztar, a little paradise

Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in a paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village with a short walk to the neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in the pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). Fast WiFi for working.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful mountain rural setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small swimming pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

It is a rural house located in the Sierra de la Alpujarra. The house has beautiful views and is located in the middle of the mountains. It is a type of sustainable house that has solar panels and water coming directly from the mountains. The house has a balcony to enjoy the view while eating or watching the stars while dining. Features a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, a bathroom, and a master bedroom

Love Suite

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. "The Love Suite Niwalas is a cortijo for a romantic stay with your partner. There is a large 160cm bed, a bathtub and a kitchen. In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.

El Patio del Carbón, to dream

I built the house and I'll keep the feedback from some of my clients -tu you put a lot of love in this house. We have a covered inner courtyard, with a glass dome on the second floor which gives it a lot of brightness inside even on cloudy days. It has a special charm for moon nights when its light illuminates part of the patio, giving it a special hawk. A terrace overlooking the valley where we don't miss a sunset, some are a show.

Accessible Bioclimatic Rural House

La Almunia de Nigüelas is an accessible country house in the heart of nature, in an area of high environmental protection (Sierra Nevada National Park). The views are spectacular and the weather is very pleasant. The half-hectare farm is in the Lecrín Valley watchtower. The treatment of agricultural production is organic. Our house is built with natural materials, meeting bioclimatic and environmental sustainability criteria.

Villa Valle de Lecrin

Villa Mirador del Lago is a newly built house, located in the heart of the Lecrín Valley, just 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from the Sierra Nevada, and 75 minutes from Malaga airport, therefore its location is ideal to enjoy the entire province of Granada; it has an immense porch with direct views of Lake Béznar from where you can appreciate the spectacular sunsets that the valley offers.

Molino Alto de Murchas (Murchas Windmill)

Cozy two-bedroom cottage, a bathroom and a fully-equipped living room-kitchen with fireplace. Located in the upper area of the village of Murchas (Valle de Lecrín), with stunning views, the accommodation is surrounded by orange and lemon trees. It is equipped with a swimming (private) and barbecue area. It also has an outdoor parking area both on and off the property.
