The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a pantry with washing machine and a large living room with a large rustic fireplace in typical Tuscan style. There is a small outdoor veranda with table and chairs. The pool is located at 400 meters from the house. The path is a bit up and down, so if you don’t like to walk please do not book this house. Once it was the agricultural annex of an 18th-century farmhouse, which has been now restored. The house, which was internally renovated in July 2022, is detached with a private, fenced garden, a working area, an internal parking and an 'under the stars' hot tub. Animals are welcome. The ideal location for a relaxing break from the daily routine.
