Salt, pepper, serviettes, hand towels provided. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside seating area to enjoy the semi-rural setting. Off street parking with designated parking area. Large enough for car and trailer. Lock up for bicycles on request. Extra towels for lake or local hot pools swimming are available.

Wifi available. Enjoy our newly renovated one bedroom apartment overlooking the lake, town & Mount Tauhara. Whether its a romantic weekend for two or a base for your adrenalin packed holiday around the central plateau, you will find our cosy cottage an ideal base. Please note,great views also mean a bit of a climb. We have 33 steps up to our door. If you have mobility needs please check the photos before booking. This apartment block was built in 1976, so does look old and tired on the outside.

The two bedroom cottage has a separate lounge area with a well stocked small kitchen, heat pump and large deck plus a private patio. Just down the hill is Whakaipo Bay recreational area with calm swimming waters and access to the W2K track. Our home is perfect for anyone who is looking for a rural outlook only minutes from town. It is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the view!

There is no free to air TV, Netflix etc). Off street park. You will need a car as there is no public transport.
