Log cabin in the secret garden in the North Country

ElsaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
There is a cozy wooden house with a nice Toya lake view, the kitchen is fully equipped, the refrigerator is large enough to make meals comfortable, the bathroom does not have a bathtub, but the host recommends that the nearby hot spring bathroom with a view of the lake is great, the local people are very cheap and it is worth to go, the host Endo is very friendly and kind, the communication is very instant, the house is also fully equipped with clear instructions. It is very recommended for travelers to go to Tongyo Lake to experience life for a few days, more local life than staying at the hot spring hotel.

Max9ppl/Families/2 mins to Lake Toya/Spacious150m2

I had a wonderful time forgetting my daily routine and relaxing. This time it's a trip for two couples. The purpose was to take a break from my usual life and work and relax. Before you leave, can you switch your mood properly?I was a little worried, but the moment I arrived at this inn and entered, my worries disappeared. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, and I felt the comforting warmth of wood.It was a soothing space where the word "tadaima" (I'm back) came out naturally when I came back from going out. I didn't have much of a sightseeing plan, but thanks to the information provided by the host, Erize, and the guidebook in the accommodation, I was able to go to a nearby hot spring, jog along Lake Toyako, and enjoy the beautiful view from the summit of Mt. Arashiro. Thanks to Elise and this wonderful place, I had a really relaxing time.Thank you very much.

[Intermediate point where you can fully enjoy Hokkaido] The entire building is rented with an emphasis on cleanliness, so children can also feel at ease

Host Yuka was very friendly and was present to introduce the various amenities in the Airbnb when we checked in. She was always responsive to our queries and had also kindly assisted in setting up the BBQ equipment (at an additional charge) when we requested. Although there was an additional charge required for the BBQ equipment, they were fully equipped and provided all the necessary items (charcoal, utensils, thongs, glove, light etc.). Will definitely stay again when we are back in Hokkaido!

Tomoko had been such an amazing host. She's very responsive and kept her place very clean. Our 10 month old baby loved crawling everywhere. She even bought a high chair for baby. Thank you so much! It made meal time fun and easy. You're the best!

The Lobs Toya, Lakeview 3BR, huge garden BBQ

MarcusRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Had to book the listing at the last minute due to some issues with my original booking with another listing. Host was very prompt in accepting and replying us on check in details. Very commendable. The listing is a huge house overlooking lake Toya, it is a very nice place. It was also very clean and well stock. 'downtown' is only a 10 mins drive away as well. The only drawback is the shower and toilet is at different levels which might make it inconvenient for people not used to Japanese bathrooms. Regardless, would recommend this to anyone who is looking to experience living in a lake house or need a big space for a large group.

Would come back to stay again!! Be aware there is an additional tax required prior to checkout that isn’t included in the price.

BESSO Log Cabin Niseko

GretchenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We loved our stay at Ian’s lovely cabin! Very comfortable for 5. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking in and being a short drive from the mountain. Initially it was hard to find. Ian was super responsive when we had a couple quirks to work out - super helpful. The snow was removed promptly daily, and there even was a midweek clean/restock that was a nice surprise. Pricy but well worth it - and on par with other options in Niseko anyways. Having a mud room for our gear was awesome. We’d come back for sure!

"The healing of nature, luxury felt with the five senses - a log house with a 100% natural hot spring"

千晶Rating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a wonderful stay. I was looking forward to the hot springs, and since it could accommodate 2.3 people, we were able to slowly warm up while chatting. As I had heard beforehand, there were a lot of cockroaches, but the facility was so clean that I didn't mind. For those who hate insects, I recommend a time when there are no insects. In April, I only saw cicadas. Juria was quick to respond and promptly answered any questions I had. You can sightsee at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toyako before and after your stay.

El Cosmo Lodge, Niseko

AndrewRating, 5 stars13 months ago
Spacious, well equipped house in a quiet little neighbourhood less than 5 minutes from some of the greatest powder runs in the world. Everything is super accessible by car, but you’ll end up wanting to spend more time in the house - especially since it’s so hard to get restaurant bookings in Niseko. The kitchen is well equipped, a huge dining/living space, and the den is a great place to hang out, watch tv or play Xbox. The onsen in the house was so nice we ended up not going to the paid onsen just up the road. It’s amazing to wake up to the soft sound of snow falling off the roof. Super easy to get into the house - no need to wait for anybody, just get the code and you are good to go.
