Recommended option when coming to Niseko!

Great space , clean with an amazing view and walking distance when not icy. As it’s on a hill it can be dangerous as we encountered a few slips. Next to the bus stop which is very handy and other restaurants nearby . Had to deal with holiday Niseko on other matters so a little confusing who was best to liaise with matters but it was sorted fluidly . Well equipped apartment with all amenities and the pick up from the bus stop was much appreciated . Joel was also very helpful with arranging lift tickets and dropping them off . Thanks for the great stay !

Very comfortable place for 2pax. Places to eat are within walkable distances. For skiers/snowboarders, Hirafu .Base is about 10mins uphill walk from this accom, pace yourself and it’s quite manageable. After your runs on the slopes, it’s a downhill walk back to the accom so not an issue after a tiring day in the snow.

Great location and cozy space for Niseko and other local resorts. The parking spot is in the garage below the unit so we never had to brush heaps of snow off of our car. Kutchan seemed to have a little bit of everything - decent restaurants and bars, a local 7/11 and a big grocery store all within walking distance.

Great location and perfect space for what we needed. Shuttle bus stop right out the front and walking distance to restaurants and even the slopes. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Super convenient location for skiing, used the free hirafu shuttle each day and it worked out very well for us. Super close to food spots including the famous bar Gyu. Really spacious space especially after small hotel rooms in Tokyo. Would definitely stay again and recommend others!

Was very pleased with our stay here. The pictures didn’t do it justice, the flat was very spacious and well laid out. Great location to walk to nearby shops, restaurants and ski fields. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Shirafu area.

Great cute apartment in a great walkable location! The stairs can be a bit tough with skis but it was a peaceful area in walking distance of all the action. In house laundry is very convenient too and great WiFi

Awesome place and fun resort with a walkable neighborhood and all the necessary accommodations for snow sports art Niseko. H2 was super helpful with transport to our lodging and available within the hour to assist with our requests. I Will definitely consider them in future plans for winter getaways in Niseko

Very nice flat and perfect for a ski trip to niseko or other resort. 10min walk to the slopes and city. I can really recommend that Airbnb.

The apartment is very spacious. Kitchen equipment is adequate. Very close to Toya lake and bus station.

Close to all the shops & ski lifts in Grand Hirafu. The place was clean & worked well for our group of 4. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Hirafu. The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were terrific, the kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed. We sure appreciated the welcome gift of eggs, milk, bread etc. we loved the location as it was quiet but within close walking distance of restaurants and bars. The view of Mt Yotei from all the windows was spectacular. The staff was great and the rides in the am to the gondola were so helpful. Thank you Elite Havens!

Great location, easy to find. Parking in front of the apartment. Apartment was tidy, had all the amenities and heating was good. Walkable to the main road, quick drive to snowfields as well. Had a pleasant stay and would recommend!

We enjoyed our week at Shinjitsu 4 in Niseko. The space was perfect for our family of three, with two beds and baths.There was shuttle stop close to take us to the ski lifts, and so many restaurants to choose from in walking distance.

The place is in a great location. Very close to all the places where food, drink, and transportation is available but still far enough removed to feel somewhat private. It's walkable to all the great places in town and to the gondola, but read more on that below. Transportation: BUS there are two bus stops at the top of the hill, one across the street and one bus stop on the same side of the street but the opposite direction (not by much) from the main street going up to the gondola. You will likely want to use the bus on the same side of the street to get up to the gondola, it is walkable but it's all uphill but please don't let this scare you away from this Airbnb. The buses run frequently. Taxi: you can use the Taxi Go app to get a cab and pay for it, without having to speak Japanese. The app works similar to Uber but for taxis. Holiday Niseko Shuttle: they will contact you and ask if you want to be picked up. My friends and I used them for our arrival and departure.
